MDMA tests black smells like fish ?

Any clue whats going on here ? tests black/blue immediately. looks like fine tan crystals and shards

This is down to the synth - some chemicals that can be used may leave this odor if not correctly washed. (Or it has been stored in a dodgy plaice)

Yeah, could be.

Could also be that the product contains methamphetamine base, that have a fishy smell to it.
Meth and MDMA is a fairly common mix, and it will come off as pure MDMA with most tests (marquis, ect).

A long time a ago a friend and I picked up a jar of white pokeball butterflies... To date prob the cleanest and strongest pressed pill Ive ever had, and when you got 10 together in a bag it would reak like fish.
So perhaps a certain kind of synth?

The fishy smell is most likely from left over methylamine from the synthesis.
