Giblets CLXXXII - Tree worship time is almost upon us

Shaking like crazy tonight. No idea why. I guess it's an excuse for benzos. I am running through my script quickly again.

Oy vey. You don't wanna be doing that. Shaking? That's pretty worrying. Don't wanna nag, but... :\

Morning EADD,

Another dreich day here... a little warmer than yesterday though. First quiet day this week what with my excursions to town for food/cinema this week. Don't really feel like going out in this weather so a good thing I think even though it's nice to shake up the routine a bit.

If only I had the choice. It isn't too cold, luckily, but my just as I'd got my hair perfect, adjusted my skinny scarf and flicked up the collar of my leather, I walked out into impenetrable drizzle. It could be worse, but I dread to think of that.

Good Morning EADDers - hope your day is starting well.

Morning Bear.

Woke up next to a carrier bag full of stuff I don't remember buying, the smell of barley on my piss and the familiar booze / benzo regrets.

I'm supposed to be tapering, but I had to double up on diclaz in order to feel human when my alarm went off. Stupid.

No worries FG, we are glad to have you around. As people have said you are a true gent outwith your problems. :)

thank you sammy said that to me as well when i am sober or semi sober i am different person but then that's the whole point of drugs with me to change and escape

so here is the warning just watch my behavior over next 7 days as my stash lands in a few hours notice anything strange or i start getting out of hand just ban me

Try to take it easy with your sessions. I know perhaps drugs counselling is not getting you where you want but you need to put some effort in yourself if you want to get past all this. <3

just got this for doing my little part this morning

Dear *snip*,

We'll be regularly emailing you to keep you up to date with the impact of your action and other ways you can get involved.

Your support will help us to send a powerful message to the Government that this is an important issue. If you want to learn more about Blind Children UK and our campaign work please visit www.blindchildrenuk.org/campaigns.

Blind Children UK Campaigns Team

Thank you so much for joining NSPCC via Care2. At the NSPCC we believe that every childhood is worth fighting for. We help children who've been abused rebuild their lives, protect children at risk, and find the best ways of preventing child abuse. So when a child needs a helping hand, we'll be there. When parents are finding it tough, we'll help. When laws need to change, or governments need to do more, we won't give up until things improve.

We will contact you by phone to let you know what is happening at NSPCC and to show you ways that you can help.

Your support so far is incredibly helpful in encouraging the government to fix the flaw in the law and make it illegal for an adult to intentionally send a child a sexual message. Your signature will be added to our e-petition and an email will be sent on your behalf to the minister for online child protection. You can stay up to date with Flaw in the Law by visiting our website. http://www.nspcc.org.uk/fighting-for-childhood/campaigns/flaw-law/

Thanks once again for your support,

Morning everyone...
woke up this morning bout 6h ago to a white covered landscape. Thoyght it was proper snow but alas only sleet.
still a pleasant taste of things to come

I hate sleet... nothing worse than the piercing cold you get from it. I prefer mild rainy to that... or preferably snow if there will be some sort of precipitation in the winter months.

I can just about deal with that snow, aye.

It's the thicker stuff I can't stand. I live in a suburb where the streets don't seem to get gritted, so the cars churn down the snow and leave a film of black ice on the roads. Then shortly after that, the pavements suffer the same fate, and it's actually safer to walk in the middle of the road.

It's fine once you reach a main road, but that can take half an hour of precarious walking. It almost makes me want to be out in the country.

by the way towards a post from last night i hope you are not reading to much into that ? that's the last thing ive ever been or ever would be http://youtu.be/p19cWKBEBMA NWA nigga4life been a fan of this lot longer than most people in here have been on earth i would guess

I loved the snow as a kid, but these days it really gets to me. I have bad circulation and low blood pressure, so the cold is murderous. I like to look at the snow from indoors, but I don't like to wait for buses in it. None has come to my town yet.

Yeah, I remember loving the snow right up until my teens. Which was a bit of a bastard, because it rarely seemed to snow back then. Or maybe it did, but not enough for my liking.

Nowadays it's just a headache.

Was that cos of the booze that your'e taking strong hypnotic benzos first thing on waking? I find if i do that i wont get anything done the whole day, just cant be bothered to do anything, so i keep them for bedtime. I find pyraz better for daytime use as it has no hypnotic effects but is a good anxiolytic, for if and when required. Haven't even been using that for quite a while though.
