8 mg Insufflated hydromorphone is equal to how much oral hydrocodone?

If I snort 8 mg hydromorphone, then how much hydrocodone should I take. Also I have hydromet syrup and lortab 7.5/500. How much of each could I take to get a good hydrocodone high while keeping acetaminophen and homotropine low? I'll probably take hydroxyzine 25 mg to boost the hydrocodone.

If anyone is going to make any sort of accurate guess whatsoever we need to know your tolerance first. And even then no one over the internet is ever going to know for sure.
If you've never taken opiates before or are opioid naive, start with the hydromorphone and see if that alone is enough to satisfy you, if not, move on with a single dose of the hydromet, and so on.
Even if we don't know your tolerance and no matter what the situation is- if you're worried about taking to much, ALWAYS start with one thing at a time, one dose at a time, no two ways about it.

Your question is worded in a confusing way.

Are you saying you normally use 8mg of hydromorphone and want to know the equivalent dose of hydrocodone? As in, you want to know the amount of hydrocodone to take that will get you as high as taking 8mg hydromorphone.
