Hey, I've come across some drugs normally used for horse sedation called OPA. Anyone heard of?

Maybe he's talking about Xylazine. Sometimes people in Puerto Rico shoot it up with heroin, with zombielike, semi-conscious results

It's insane. There's a Drugs, Inc episode that highlights it. The people on it look exactly like the horses do... walking around like a somnambulescent zombie.
