Say what you will about Julien Blanc being a cunt but alot of women are submissive and like an assertive guy. Afraid I didn't. My nutrition is shite - I have those malnutrition marks on my fingernails and my hair is falling out. I just suck at having an appetite, and, when I do have one, I suck at making food.

PS: I think you did pass on that cold to me after all, but I didn't use it as an excuse to buy booze. Maybe tomorrow. :)

Sounds bad, & you dont need to be good at making food to sort your nutrition

Speaking of fingernail marks, just reminded me of when i was younger my nails used to be marked and quite rough, they're smooth now ever since getting on the healthy food. healthy-ness combined with getting off my tits, hopefully it balances out a bit. kinda

I went on a kick of buying frozen chicken or fish and veg from Farmfoods (I know... hey, I'm broke), but I often burnt the meat and made so much I had leftovers which i was afraid would go bad. Another problem is that I hate lunch. I don't like interrupting my day to eat. Midday is time for books, music, meditation, walking, running, shopping, substance ingestion, and films, shit like that, and breaking that up to eat is a pain. Hopefully going back to school will sort out my eating schedule. My current schedule is porridge or eggs for breakfast, instant meal (microwave or add boiling water) for dinner. I often don't finish dinner as most of the meals i get turn out to be too big. The packets of these things warn against reheating leftovers - wondering if someone could tell me if there's any real danger in that? My DoCs apart from dissociatives are lorazepam and diazepam, so you'd think I'd have a raging appetite, but I have the appetite of a 12-year-old with ADD. Having a cold right now isn't helping. They say "feed a cold" but that's easier said than done.

What are your plans for the rest of tonight? I planned to study, but DHC is a lazy drug. Might read something or other If i can keep my eyes open.
