Okay. Lets say I was using morphine every day, or every other day for a few months. Then, I kick and go through the withdrawals and regain equilibrium.

If i decide to do it one more time, will I go through full withdrawals?

How many uses of morphine does it take for withdrawals?

Can i get away with one or two uses every so often??

dificult to say 100% i have been using morphine on off in 2years some times over a week non stop.. i have never been adicted or got WD. so i gues we talk more then 14days non stop i have never IV only eat it

Often times once you kick a habit once going through minor withdrawals it is worse the second time around. There is no definitive answer to say how long it takes or at what point you will go through them. I would strongly advise against "doing it one more time" because it is that behavior that leads to big issues.

You could in theory get away with doing it every so often though it is near impossible to keep it that way. I wouldnt do it at all and consider yourself lucky you got away with little issues.

I seem to be able to go at least 14-21 days with low dose oxy or hydrocodone and stop with no noticeable symptoms; low dose being 15-45mg/day. I was addicted to heroin/oxy for ~5 years. I was shooting dope for about 3 of those 5. I'm clean now, and have been for about 4 years. But a few times I have been prescribed perc 5's for wisdom tooth removal and once cause I broke my tail bone.

my rule has been to never let myself get a connect for opiates. any time someone says "hey do you know anybody that fucks with oxys?" I just say no, and please don't sell me any I had a problem with them.

i see in the media, in USA oxycodone is extreemly popular. hillbilly heroine and so on.. i have try oxycodone many times but not in this amount so i got a buzz.. 40mg.. i take 100 to 150mg morphine sulfate at the time.. but i have some crazy pain to so i need it

i live in denmark and here we have oxycodone to. as oxynorm, oxycontin and all the brands.. but is not so often prescripted.. morphine sulfate is mostly used here.. . why the hell are oxy's so expensive on the street.. 80mg oxy.. for what price??.. 40 dollars or somethong is crazy

In the UK you dont get prescribed anything like that in fact I dont think we have any drugs like that. We must be made of stronger stuff than those abroad the strongest I get is tramodol and they are shit I once saw a bottle of oramorph and that was for Someone who was dying. We do give methadone to smack heads who are trying to kick the habit

if you go round the chemist at 9 am you can see them all lined up waiting for their daily hit of sticky green liquid. depending on the pharmacist they get made to wait for up to an hour. I cant stand that cow just because curiosity got the better of them and they tried an addictive drug they are looked down upon as the scourge of the earth. She has one of those faces you would just love to slap. I moved from a little hamlet up north to down here where we have a beach, arcade and a Heroin problem

I'm from the UK and have been prescribed morphine?

guess I'm lucky 8)

its all about what kind of pain you have. if u have pain only morphine can take, you should have morphine... or your docter should be fired right away.. tramadol is a joke. same as codeine. lausy pain killer it cant kill strong pain

I was able to take opiates everyday for weeks straight with no noticeable withdrawal until one day it just sort of happened. Since then i got on IV heroin for several years and kicked it, then after recovering i noticed that using as little as twice a day for two days straight would cause a mild withdrawal. I finally got clean for about a year and started dabbling in kratom, about 5 times a year at first but slowly, over the course of 3 years i ended up taking it for a couple weeks straight on a few occasions and just recently detoxed from that again.

So for me personally, as far as i'm concerned i can't really mess with them on consecutive days whatsoever. Even 2 days in a row of kratom will give me a feeling of rebound that i would just rather avoid, and using more just slowly makes it worse. It's the most incredibly psychologically fucked up addiction, because i think you mentally become overly aware of the slightest nuances of withdrawal and over time the response time for those recognitions becomes shorter and shorter.

I'm sure the period of drying out will affect this a lot too. So if i stayed clean for 5 years, i'd probably be able to use for a few more days without noticing at first, but it will always creep up again. I try to continuously alter my lifestyle to better accommodate this malady, and overall i think i'm going in the right direction.

I depends on many factor the drug the dosage, how many times you had withdrawal recently. I recently am in a cycle of relapse and withdrawal. For me if am on day 14 clean, two 80mg Oxycodone would not hurt much, and since i think 100mg oral morphine is weaker it would be no problem. But when i just take 1 bag a day for two days and maybe mix in 40mg methadone im surely fucked. I cannot say withdrawal get worse per se, every time, but it much more depends on the amounts and time you have taken it. i Have taken 8 days now mostly heroin and am on day 3 clean, its unpleasant but bearable by any means. And this my 5 or 6 withdrawal in this year the longest i used was 1,5 month.

It depends on so many factors it's impossible to answer.

Case In Point: I used Percocet daily, as needed for pain, about six months, no withdrawal

In hospital, I used dilaudid for pain, every 3 - 4 hours, IM, daily, for SIX days, horrible WDs that I did not treat bc since it was my first WD I didn't even know what it was. The RLS lasted weeks.

I have done CTWDs since and nothing compares to that WD.

After you start withdrawaling, you can go years without doing it, go back on it and do it a few times and be right back where you were with the withdrawal.

Don't know how it works, but that's what happens.
