Phenibut withdrawl?? Please help!

Hey everyone, I just dosed some phenibut without thinking and now I'm worried that I might go into withdrawals. I dosed on Thursday, Saturday, and now today(Tuesday), should I be worried about experiencing withdrawals!?!? Iv been looking on information on withdrawals but there seem to be conflicting reports, many websites say not to dose more than twice a week but all the reports iv read about withdrawals were from people taking it every day... Should I be worried?

You are not going to go into withdrawal just from using Phenibut 3 times, unless you have a history of abuse but 3 times a week is too much for sure if you want to stay on the safe side and avoid tolerance development. Okay 3 times might work too if you use very low doses but I still wouldn't recommend it. I'd say two times a week max, with small breaks here and there.
