Was that a live webcam of giraffes you posted earlier? If so linky please. When we put Seamus and Joe into the cattery for longer trips away we get a webcam chalet. I love it :D miss the kitties but can see they are perfectly happy and enjoying their hols. Especially since the cattery is rather a special place with amazing mad animal owners and has pigs and bunnies for the visitors to watch and meet nose to nose! Before the webcam I used to worry about them terribly thinking they were unhappy and mistreated - huh, they live the life of riely there for £17 a night %)

I'd also like to apologise for letting my inner bitch out last night. There was no need for it and I'm rather ashamed of myself today :(

I've just had a series of interviews for one particularly attractive job. They had the results of my psychometric test in hand for the final interview, and 5 minutes before going in I was handed a sheet of paper with 8 questions on it. Literally 5 minutes to read them and think of something. Stuff about strategic focus, analytical competencies, tenacity, initiative/innovation, commitment, leadership, and organisation/planning. I thought I'd managed to wing it well enough, and it felt like a session on the therapist's couch. Unfortunately I came in second place. Bah. :| (But still hoping the other guy will be offered £Xk to stay in his present job so I can swoop in. ;))

Saw him interviewed quite recently about his Edinburgh show this year. Hopefully available on DVD or summat cos sounded fascinating. Apparently one of his long-term friends and associates who took part in many of his big "stunts" had been passing information to MI5 (:sus:) and/or similar anti-Mark Thomas types for years. He eventually found out and wrote the new show about him - but not in the way just about any other person would've done. He actually forgave him cos he knew the fella needed the money and - ultimately - the actions mostly went ahead as planned anyway so despite personal betrayal the overall "message" still got out. Takes the bigger man and all that.

He was also on the bill playing a local comedy festival they have around these parts. Unfortunately I found out the afternoon before he was due on stage that night so no chance of a ticket but will keep an eye out next time. One of my all-time fave comedians and people in general really.

Failing that slip our resident spook a pair of pissy boots, a joint and your adversary could conveniently have an "accident".. Jobs yours =D And gram of gear on completion for a clean hit..!

Kate, if you happen to read this who are the people that in your opinion EADD needs back that have more or less walked away (apart from Marmalade, SHM, Spade, Nights Epiphany/YPDH, Mail Monkey, brimz and PTCH). I'm sure you're right, i just can't think of the screen-names atm.

I think you've mentioned all lot that came to my mind My Buddy. Then there's them we have lost :( sure there's more, who at the moment I'm not able to call up all the usernames of but for me I sorely miss B9, fishface, F&B, Massive in miniture, Vader, Tribal Girl, Treacle, CherryColouredFunk, the Kid, Jancrow...too many :\


Lets move onto happier things. Did you dye your hair yet? :D
