Immense depression after 2 day roll

I'm going to try and keep this short, but I've rolled many times in the past, many amounts in single nights, so on and so forth. But I have never rolled 2 days in a row. This weekend I was at EDC and rolled Friday night, started off with a bad roll, but eventually had a great roll, but only lasted from 6-11 or 12ish. Pure MDMA, I slept fine, ate fine, everything. Ate an ok meal before returning for day 2, as I was there I Popped my first, felt nothing. 2nd, nothing, all the way until my 4th, and all I felt was the back end of a roll, almost like my comedown. When we returned to the hotel I ended up doing some coke, and drinking a lot, then smoking myself to sleep. Ever since I left the hotel to come home I've felt insanely depressed, worse than I ever have. Slept almost 12 hours last night, but woke up feeling even sadder, between Thursday night and Sunday morning I maybe slept at least 15-18 hours, if that. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME? I'm not new to comedowns, this is the first ever!! Is it just a comedown?! I also feel as if I miss someone, and when I think of anyone from the hotel or event I get even depressed, like I'm ready to cry. SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE OR GUIDANCE.
 
This is pretty typical of what happens when you do MDMA days back to back. Your going to be fine, give it 1-2 weeks are you will be back to normal. in the mean time, good food, hydration exercise and sleep and what you need to do. you could always try taking some 5HTP many people find it helps to take the edge of comedowns and make you recover faster :)

I've been in your exact shoes after doing it 3 days in a row at a festival and i was back to normal in 2 week or so :)

I picked up some 5-htp today! I tend to feel better when I'm around someone I was with on this past weekend, and I had smoked some weed and it seemed to help, til I was alone again. I feel almost as I miss someone though, and when I text a certain someone who was with at the event, it almost kinda makes me feel better. But only
Her, not any of the others. Any ideas???
 
Yes there is a Reason you do NOT RE-DOSE AND ONLY TAKE ONE DOSE AND THEN do not use for 6 months nevermind keeping the same high as the first time it is so you don't Seriously Long-Term Fuck up your Brrain and possibly Permanently Fuck It Up From Placebo.

You've just got wait it out and accept that what's done is done. Try exercising hard as well that can really help break depressive symptoms.
 
Just time my friend. Surround yourself with people that care about you and find comfort in that.These feelings are not permanent and do get better. Stay busy and dont take any drugs for a while. I have had plenty of rough comedowns lasting weeks to months. I promise you will be okay.
 
Thanks cosmic that helped. I'm taking 5htp, eating and drinking much vitamins and tried exercising, nothing's breaking it. Even sex didn't help, although, the event did just end Saturday night / Sunday morning. Thanks for the support guys.
 
I feel as if it's getting worse day by day. Today I am working a 10 hour, I'm 4 hours in and I've had frequent panic attacks, and feel as if I'm ready to break down and cry. Please someone lead me to some type of positive direction I am losing my mind, I've rolled many times before and have been to many festivals, but never rolled 2 days in a row, or have I ever felt this bad. IM FREAKING OUT

It's just how MDMA works. You can get away with minor abuse, some can even get away with severe abuse, but usually sooner or later it will catch up to you with negative after-effects. In your case it seems this happened sooner rather than later. But the good news is that it always passes in time. There's people on here that had much much worse symptoms than you and came out fine, even if it sometimes took a while. In your case it was only a one time thing, not something you did regularely so it will likely start to pass sooner rather than later.

Apart from some physical after-effects, MDMA abuse can also cause temporarily increased anxiety and if this is mistaken for something physical, it can cause the user to feed this anxiety by worrying, which worsens the symptoms. You really have nothing to be worried about, you have not permanently damaged your brain or anything, you are experiencing normal after effects of MDMA abuse, amplified by anxiety also caused by the MDMA. It is a stimulant after all, abuse of stimulants will often lead to drastically increased levels of anxiety. You WILL be fine, it might take some time but you will be fine. I speak from personal experience and from seeing the same thing happen to a lot of people on bluelight. Exercise, exercise and more exercise, that really works wonders for recovery, try it you will feel better. Also healthy nutrition, abstinence from all drugs and perhaps some 5-HTP indeed. Taking 5-HTP made me much much worse when I took it in a similar situation to you. Eat healthy, google high tryptophan diet. Most likely you don't need any more supplements if your diet is good.
 
you usually feel the worst three or four days after so thats why you feel like youve been getting worse. but after the 4th day or so you should slowly improve.

don't try and roll two days in a row....it doesn't work like that, its not that type of drug.
 
my brudda you will be ok. What you are experiencing is from doing it 2 days in a row. how do i know this? I just did something similar to you except twice in 3 days so i had a day in between. Anyway I was going through the same thing. I found that it was important to have something to do and some friends to kick it with even if it was just chilln and smokin and watching tv. When it was just me alone i noticed the bad feelings more. I also knew better and made sure to have 4-5 days off after the event because I knew I would need it. Stay positive, eat a lot and eat well this is the most important part. If your friends are busy just know to stay strong and every day you will get better and better expecially if you eat healthy. I am still out of it even five days after the event. Stay strong and dont panic!! Juicing helps!!
 
There's got to be a trade off for all that dopamine released right? I just see it as a trade off, makes it a lot easier for me personally.
 
I've had almost the exact same feelings after some three day long debaucherys. Relax, drink some beers and it'll be over before ya know it. And respect the power of mdma in the future. The nostalgia gets almost like uncomfortably intense in the week following a good binge.
 
Back to back rolls usually suck. So does constantly re-dosing. It's not effective nor healthy. You should have pick any drug for the second night, tbh.
What was your pre/post diet?
Anyhow, that seems very crappy, but it'll get better. Just take healthy vitamins, eat, and sleeping honestly isn't that bad. Also, 5-HTP should help you a bunch.
You'll be okay! Try and exercise a little too! :)
 
Most important yet most difficult...STOP WORRYING SO MUCH!

If you're a man night, be man at day. You poisoned yourself and need to recover. Recovery takes time.
Worrying will make you more anxious,
anxiety causes
*hot and cold flushes
*racing heart
*tightening of the chest
*snowballing worries
*obsessive thinking and compulsive behaviour.

After week and a half any trouble you still have will most likely be because of anxiety, the acute toxic effects of your mdma binge are (long) gone allready.

Get up, get out, move on with your normal life and it will all subside automatically. If you keep worrying you're going to develop a anxiety disorder and that is not what you want.

If you still experience panick and anxiety, depression a month from now, go see a doctor.

ps. Lay off the drugs, and that included alcohol and marijuhana, needles to say but i still want to point this out.
Keep having sex, take hot showers, excersise. Youll be fine.

While eating right is never a bad idea, let's remember that eating high typtophan will not increase brain serotonin. Food does not cross the blood-brain barrier.
 
Same as everyone else; a decent dose + 1 maybe two suppliments max -any more is dimishing returns and a harder come down. going for a second day very bad idea. a mild opiate or benzos might help on the worst days but hopefully in a week or so you should start to feel a bit less aweful,
