dont know how your dsp works, im on daily supervised and im allowed 2 days grace - if i wag a third dose in a row then my prescription is returned to the clinic and my case gets automatically closed. when i first went for help it took 5 weeks from the initial referral before i had any amount of methadone in my mouth so it makes sense that they give the patients some legroom as they honestly encourage keeping as many people in treatment as possible- more methadone dispensed = less street heroin use. My dose isnt spectacularly high but it does block the effect of on top opees, making any on top use pointless for 6 days a week (i can skip my one take home sunday dose - making sunday evenings my only gauching opportunity)

Yeah they were sound as fuck, was a bit nervous cause if i was kicked off a script = lose detox place & i've had a load of 'warnings' etc (and been kicked off a few times before) but they were ages ago before I actually cared. Same rules down here, 3 days missed = auto cancelled, i'm on a similar vibe to you stee a week or 2 on subbys then a bit of stress relief to keep me sane.. worked so far and i should be in detox by christmas :)

I only dabble with the odd toot-day every fortnight these days. But fuck has the quality and quantity become more and more close to the pre-drought era of .... Can't remember the fucking year hehehe 8) Unsurprising really.

Gunna get some and visit my mate in a bit and have a good ol' "natter-nod" that needs to happen :)

^^Similar here aswel. Quality's just been getting better and better and im sure if i put the effort it i could find some proper dynamite stuff, heard its about.
All just 15s though the ones i know have stopped even teenth/8thss.
Though a few mates are mad for stone (im not a huge fan) and the £15 shots she bought last night were like .1 or .2 tops, tiny, but best stuff i've ever had from the UK

Scored two bags off this chick in city centre and was blown away. Half a bag on the foil was enuff in one go. Its 85% as good as the best pre drought tac a nice surprise.
 
yeah things r looking good it seems gears being consistantly good all over england atm, fingers crossed it keeps getting better, i been getin around pre drought quality for a little while now

and didnt expand as its private i imagine. Well if he is reading this hope ur well, eight paramedics saved my life 3 weeks ago after an accidental heroin OD. I owe my life to the work you guys do. Thanks
 
I think the difference between heroin and Other Drugs is that with most recreational substances, the bad effects begin while you are still taking them; giving you just a bit of a reason to want to stop taking them. Whereas with H, the bad effects only kick in after you have stopped taking it; which makes you want more.
 
Disagree. Plenty of other recreational drugs give no bad effects (or hangovers) if you get the dosage right. If you're scratching your self open and puking everywhere from overdoing the H then that's a few bad effects right there (even though you may still feel great from the rest of the buzz), similar to spinning out and vomiting after too much booze, or too much GHB, or the monginess and the empty comedown from too much E, whereas normal doses of any of those would have been fine.
 
After 3 bags of strong h yest i gouching out eating ice cream and chain drinking coffee around 2am wokeup at 9am on sofa with my legs perched on the coffee table and what feels like a trapped nerve in my leg. Ah well boys will be boys ;) am still all itchy and floaty from all that h feel great just dropped a 1mg chemist RX'ed xanax. Eagles time

In terms of quality it's pre-drought through and through. As I don't use it much half a bag can get me on the way to nod-land....
... Ooooooo I like my ability to have gear by the balls instead of gear having me by mine :)

But - PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLE!!!!! Keep on just having a proverbial taste before you jump in to a full "dose" because you will get yerself in trouble.

If I'd had a fresh / serviceable pin to hand, I'd be dead right now.

As it is, I'm just very high off about 0.2. Which doesn't happen very often, especially smoking.

i seen lots of good report coming from uk saying the gear quality are back to pre drought quality level everywhere in uk. this is great news, at last after what, 4 or 5years! ts really unbelieveable it took this long.. in ireland, its just an ok quality but nowhere near pre drought quality so ENJOY while it last you lucky fuck haha

Im in dublin and it is at predrought levels the last month. Im doing h 14 years i know the diff. You either are a newbie have shit or no connects live in the sticks or a bit of each. Scored dynamite off the streets last wed man ur wrong. I OD'ed 3 weeks ago frm snorting a few thin lines and almost lost my life. Its back

welcome to bluelight irish guy.

of course anyones gear universe is totally dependent on who they know and where they are. it sounds from various reports that some dubliners are finally getting consistently good stuff, but obviously this situation is far from universal . im glad your finally getting good stuff acieed-ed, as i know you guys have suffered longer than most since the drought. i just wish your memory wasnt so short - just because your finally getting sorted i dont think its fair calling out bullshit to folk still having trouble, or calling someone a 'newbie' to heroin like its some kind of diss. i, like you acieed-ed, have a 10 year plus dependance on heroin but its not something im proud of or wear like a badge of honour. now the temperatures dropped im almost excited that i can wear long sleeve tops so people dont even get the chance to see my arms, as its embarrassing and pathetic that i still do this shit to myself at the age of 35. Ive overdosed on it as well, and consider it one of the most frightening and humiliating episodes of my life. To belittle it as a simple indicator of heroin strength makes me wonder if your heads screwed on the right way, and is downright disrespectful to the many bluelighters and others who have died in this manner.

for me the drought started on halloween nite 2010 - the last time i had a decent smoke before the problems began. the first time i managed to score anything rocket was 6 months later, april 2011, and although the quality could never be guarenteed, ive been intermittently able to score pre drought quality since, although its only been back to what id consider normal for the last 14 months. not once did i consider rubbing any of the dubliners faces in it as i know how frustrating it is not to be able to score decent gear when you know its out there.

I live in a village (the sticks?)and have to drive 12 miles into the nearest city to score. since losing my phone 2 months ago, and the fact that i just stick to my methadone in the week, ive been left with ONE good contact whos always on and who always has fire. pretty tenuous situation considering the drought is over and theres good gear everywhere - all i need is this guy to get busted and im in the same boat as irish guy.

Im sorry for sermonising but weve all been there acieed-ed, never take it for granted, and show a litttle humility when it comes to folk still struggling. Remember - we ALL know what it feels like.

stick in there irish guy - it will get round to you, but when it does youll be kicking yourself like the rest of us for not cleaning up when you had the chance
