Not sure if this is caused by grinding teeth as I had a few pills the weekend but I never noticed myself clenching that much and I've never had this before and I been taking mdma for over ten years. has anyone else had this before?
can be from lack of saliva for a prolonged period of time
how can this cause tooth ache?
its all on the one side and feels like it goes up into my eye (the pain) so could be sinus related but the teeth hurt the most
My teeth sore from all the grinding really bad that's why I wear mouthguard most times I look stupid like that help

Last time I had a thing along those lines it ended up being an infected abcess kinda under the tooth so wasn't really obvious til the pain became ridiculously intense. Rather wish I'd gone to the dentist to get it checked at a much earlier stage. I'd go get it looked at if it lingers more than a few days. May be entirely unconnected to the weekend's events, or could perhaps be an underlying problem in waiting made worse by a bit of grinding and clenching. Properly nasty toothy things are not worth the risk in my opinion. Never known pain like it![]()
I lolled out loudDon't take too many cos also causes diarrhoea if taken in excessive amounts which is even less of a good look than mouthguards.

Gum ?
Urban Dictionary said:gurn
The act of clenching your jaw muscles toghether and grinding your teeth together whilst under the influence of either ecstasy or speed. Often alleviated by chewing gum; or more commonly these days, baby dummies. Magnesium can often help to looses the jaw bones and prevent teeth-grinding. In exceptional cases; like an xtc overdose, it is possible to have complete jawlock; where you physically cannot open your mouth (though this is rare).
'Man, I'm gurning tonnes tonight'
