FG your mental health is key to a lot of things cant you ask them for an anti psychotic to help manage paranoid or unwanted thoughts i get thorazine/largacti5 take it at night for paranoia anxiety and sleep it works wonders

A short term fix (chemical cosh) maybe doesn't sound all that unwise here? Perhaps not thorazine but another cleaner (atypical) antipsychotic, plus an antidepressant, plus also an anxiolytic like Lyrica or another benzo-ish relaxant drug.
Sounds like alot but may be justified if it helps curb the destructive RC habit and the worst of the depression/suicidality. Although, I am not a psychiatrist (IANAP).

yeah mines just like that more satisfied with how i know my stuff about the rc i take than learning herself and more interested in getting me to do things to keep me occupied like getting into volunteer work and overcoming my anxiety problems without the aid of meds

They'll give you psychiatric medication if they believe it's necessary; it's downright unethical for them not to.

They won't give you anything 'fun' or abusable, but the medications they do provide you with might just save your life.

There is nothing abusable about Chlorpromazine, I've no issue with anti psychotics when prescribed correctly or any other AD I've tried. From talking to others something like Olanzapine sounds like a better bet than Chlorpromazine but YMMV, it didnt help me sleep at all but I could have started at the wall all day

Sometimes starting at the wall all day isnt a bad thing to do in the short term, especially if the alternative is waiting for the postman and cramming a cocktail of RCs down your face on a daily basis. @ 50mg I was still able to recognise what Chlorpromazine was doing to me so only took it for a short time, people on 100s of mg's of the liquid looked much worse off TBH, but that was people in a secure unit.

ill just have to wait and see what happens when i get this mental health doctor seen i know i will have to be as open as possible with them incase of interactions with anything i take i really just need something to keep me on a level playing field at the moment

Do a quick youtube search to make sure no customers have filmed it But honestly, this sounds like a sales/retail job and would that really be the right gig for you if you have anxiety issues to this extent?

I hope no-one filmed it (apart from the shop CCTV which is a bit unavoidable), someone'd have to be sick in the head if they saw something like that happening and the action they took would be to start filming rather than to try to help out. You're right though going for a fast paced sales/retail with the anxiety problems I'm having atm was a bit laughable, just been struggling for money a lot recently and trying to take work where I can get it, thought "what's the worst that can happen" lol. Need something new

Hi I've decided not to go back there, I think it's maybe not the right decision but I still feel very shaken and negative about the experience and I think the risk of repeating it is high, and the feel of dread I had yesterday and this morning at the thought of it was paralyzing. Called them up to resign from the position this morning in the end, won't have been put on their books/system yet so at least won't have wasted too much of their time I hope... Trying to get myself together today and then go back to applying for places, see if I can find something a bit more suitable for now.

Good luck with the new job and good luck with the meth struggle, hopefully you'll be able to associate that area with your work rather than with dealers after a bit of time and things will get a bit easier

Its not a new job as such, its one i was on earlier in the year.. im familiar with it all and the people which was kind of a problem last time because i did take the piss disappearing to score as they trusted me, still do oddly enough
