Seek medical advice.
Internet discussion boards are really not going to be any help in diagnosing or treating your health problems.
Judging by the title of this thread, it would seem that you already have a pretty good idea of what may be causing such ailments; if you are worried, you really must seek help - or at least try and see a doctor for a check up.

Also, we do not use "swim" or any such aliases on bluelight; it is specifically mentioned in the bluelight user agreement.

Exactly, coughing blood could be very serious. Go to a doctor. Your Paranoia is totally uncalled-for and contraproductive.
Everything else here would just be a waste of time. You apparently need medical help, so get it.

I was just wondering if other people addicted to it where having the same symptoms.. last time I saw a Dr they locked me up

Why did they lock you up? Prison or psych ward?

It sounds like you need medical attention, and youre obviously concerned - that's why we're all saying the same thing. You know better than we do how serious or urgent it is...
IV heroin use can have a number of serious complications, it's pretty important to get any health that arise issues seen to by someone who can determine what the matter is.

Can you get to a doctor or hospital - doing whatever it takes not to get locked up?

That's really the only advice I think we can offer you - it would be irresponsible for anyone here to give you health advice.

A doctor isn't gonna call the cops on you or anything like that. GOOGLE AN ADDICTION SPECIALIST. They're out there. Or seek a free clinic or something like that. If you're so fucked up that you can't even do this, I hope you have a loved one who can find you care. Also as stated before me, we don't "swim" on BL.

They locked me up in some hospital thing for a few weeks back when I was only addicted to pain pills (iv) hence the paranoia now

Being locked up is a much better alternative to being dead. Irregular heart beat and coughing blood are pretty serious symptoms, potentially life threatening. Please see a doctor. There's no way Dr. Internet can provide you a reliable diagnosis, or treatment options after.

You got sectioned? Just don't say your sucidal or homicdal and they legally can't hold you against your will. The just sound like symptoms of withdrawal and normal side effects of heroin addiction- other than coughing blood that's a red (hehe pun) flag.

When did you use last? I've had those sx but was also vomiting and seizing. Have you thrown up blood before? How long has it been if so? Can you check your pulse right now?
Get on the phone with an advisor er nurse and go to the ER ime/o. :)

I think he's talking about section 35. Well that's what it's called in MA anyways. If you go to a medical facility and you are an addict they can section you to a program for 30-90 days against your will so I can see your apprehension. Do you have insurance? If so you should go to an urgent care facility (or a free clinic if you don't have insurance) as they are much less likely to section you, in fact I highly doubt they would. But like everyone else here said the coughing up blood could be life threatening and you should seek medical attention. Best wishes though bud.

thats odd they can lock you up for addiction if u havent done anything like saying youre gonna kill yourself or another person. please, please, go to the er. coughing blood is no joke friend. you could die in your sleep. keep us posted. good luck.

They can't lock you up just for addiction, they only can against your will if you want to kill yourself or other people

Hahahaha. I wish. That is the common assumption, that they have to prove you're so ill that you're a danger to yourself and others, but actually they just have to have two doctors say that you are indeed mentally ill and they can lock you up and throw away the key for as long as they fuckin like. I know because it happened to me - I had a hypomanic episode, I wasn't in the least bit violent or aggressive, I was the opposite, I was so happy it was like I was on Es all the time, and I was sectioned for three months.

I made the thread to see if anyone else had the sane thing or ideas in how I could fix myself at home

In MA they can via section 35. I know because I've been sectioned to 60 days of treatment by my family at the age of 20. Lost my job because of it too. I know many people that have avoided seeking medical treatment for abscesses, infections, pneumonia and a slew of other things because they were afraid of being forced to treatment. And in Massachusetts if there aren't any beds down at Mens Addiction Treatment Center in Brockton then you get sent to Bridgewater "Treatment Center" which is located at Bridgewater State Prison. If you go in for opiates you get 4 clonodine the first day and then you go cold turkey, no comfort meds, no suboxone, no methadone. You sleep in unlocked cells with prison bunks and the Residential Advisers are corrections officers from the prison and the prison yard is directly next to the treatment center yard. If you cause a scene or get into a fight they throw you in the hole. Yes they throw you in the hole just like in prison. So yeah I would be afraid to go to the hospital too.
