I am a trifle annoyed about something but I can't remember what... :D

Im quite annoyed that Im seriously considering turning the heating on this evening for the first time in many months as the summery weather draws to a close and the days and nights are getting colder. I allways feel cold unless its above 15 or 16 degrees, which means either wearing 10 layers of clothing throughout the colder six months or stop being such a scrooge and turn the fucking heating on.

Im gonna "treat myself" to a new energy efficient boiler before it gets properly cold. Its completely pointless and disadvantageous to save money in this era anyway so i may as well spend it on something sensibe rather than fritter it all away.

My room here is extremely cold and it's not even a cold night, I am dreading winter. Cuddles much needed, I hate being cold when I'm trying to sleep.

And oh yeah I'm pretty sure the RLS was from the heroin because I'd been using for over a week without doing anything else so it'd make sense. I was surprised but it's the most logical explanation, got some other withdrawaly things too but it's all over now so I'm cool

Yes. They're standard procedure if you work in the NHS or if you're in any companies where you've an injury. Usually its a questionnaire n then they just go over the answers to that.
