He's from Dublin n I love people from DublIn. He is an ace tattooist to be fair n i think it was a combination of both our faults.

I tend to pretend I can see things when I cant as I don't like admitting failure / weakness n am extremely independent. I kinda did that in this case (I also didnt realise there was another way of spelling EVEY). In fact the reason I started asking people to call me Evey instead of my name. (Apart from due to childhood-bullying) was because everyone spells my real name wrong even though I spell it out for them. I thought calling myself EVEY would solve the issue, so to know there was another way of spelling it shocked me as it never entered my mind.

Lesson to be learned: stop acting like i can see stuff that I'm unable to for fear of others' opinion of me. Stop trying to please people.

No ive asked him before not to repost my pictures, for various reasons. So he's doing it for no other reason than to cause trouble. Have had to report post.

Is he seriously whinging at you, OTW? If you get a ban over this I'll happily complain on your behalf. It's none other than he does to others on the site, constantly!!!! He didn't ask Snolly's permission to put her pic up I was annoyed over that n the way he treats other members on this site, but time and time again gets away witth it as he cleverly talks himself out of things.

It's OK for him to do stuff, laugh at people n mis-treat their pics but the moment it's done to him he cries.

If you feel my posts are "picking" on vulnerable people or taunting them, you are welcome to report my posts and bring it to the attention of staff. We have guidelines and staff for a reason -a system of warnings, infractions and bannings deliberately to stop this. So if you feel I am contravening this and upsetting anyone in any way, you are welcome to report me and if your claim has merit, they'll take the account off me.

No-ones reported me yet however, and I am not aware of any instances of bullying so am doubtful towards the credibility of your claim.

I have no intention of upsetting anyone on this site, so if you feel I am doing so you are welcome to make issue of it. I am happy to listen, and adapt to any kind of critique. Your solution of violating my privacy (Which is an important issue, on a drugs forum) and now coming out with threats only makes you the rule breaker.

These threats are astonishingly childish, do not help anyone and will most likely deter anyone from posting pictures in here. I ask you respectively to reconsider, and voice your concerns in a more sensible manner before this becomes a staff issue.

I think it's pretty obvious, there was absolutely no ill-intention towards Snolly. As ScotchMist said to you:

You took her pic n posted it WITHOUT the consent to do so. OTW isn't being childish at all. He's "joking" with you but you only have a sense of humour when you're putting on someone else.

The intent is besides the point. The point is you uploaded her pic without her permission to do so, and fail to see what you've done wrong, as usual. But report OTW for doing a similar thing to you? He didn't do it out of malice. He did it for a joke.

And if your pics are so private don't post them. Simple.

One day you wont be able to talk your way out of something you've done n will be punished for your behaviour - I hope it's soon.

Snolly's pic was ALREADY online and still is, and I only added a hat to give a her a smile.

4chan is an imageboard (like a forum where you post images), it's one of the highest-trafficked forum type things in the world. The random board /b/ does act like a hive for trolls but it also is responsible for a lot of memes and jokes, etc. It's certainly somewhere that has to be seen to be believed, but it's by no means for the faint hearted... if you are offended by the Lounge tomfoolery then you are going to turn tail and flee eventually if you venture to 4chan, especially when you see the "d is for dickgirls" board :)

Also, I fail to see how quoting someone who posts something on a public forum is invasion of privacy. I see it more as providing context for the discussion...
 
I'm not going to report anything raas because I am a fucking adult and fight my own battles. Nothing is more pathetic than crying to someone else for help. Well perhaps being a cunt to someone vulnerable like evey, then acting like a pussy when you get called out.

Personally evey is annoying as fuck, ( no offence), but there are plenty of annoying cunts here that I am happy to tolerate without causing chaos every second day. As for your photo, how did I happen to have a copy? Did I hack your phone? Did I befriend you on Facebook? Let this be a lesson then, as you like to right click-save photos of my wife and I, once a photo is posted it is part of the public domain, free for anyone to do what they like.

Lets have a bit of clarity in what could be said to be a bit of a grey area.

It is indeed considered a breach of privacy to upload other peoples photographs, the BLUA stares:-

post or upload any content that is libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, tortious or inaccurate;

post or upload any content that is copyrighted by another, or invasive of another's privacy

In this case Snolly posted the picture of herself and we can be pretty much certain the picture was of her and no one else, quoting of that post would not be considered posting of the actual picture. As a slight aside you can control the quoting of such things by ensuring you have the ability to remove the online content, if you do that then all the pictures in all the quotes are effectively removed by you removing the online content....once the cache has cleared down 8(

Downloading a copy of that picture and editing it then uploading it again could well be said to be posting pictures with the photographies (sp? is that even a word) consent but how would site staff know if the poster had consent or not ? :?

These rules are not here to be blindly followed we're mostly grownups here and can apply a little common sense, without wasting any more of the precious time I have left on this planet, in this case I wouldnt see any reason to take action for 2 obvious reasons :-

1.) Snolly has not, as yet and I doubt she will (but who can tell?) requested the image be removed

2.) She just posted it so it does seem very unlikely she would have a problem with this

If she, or anyone else in a similar position raised such a request by reporting the offending post I think it's likely it would be removed, however, at the same time would be politely asked to not post pictures of themselves on a public internet site if they were that bothered about it appearing online. We might well be able to remove it here but if some one took it from the post on BL and posted it elsewhere on the internet we could do nothing, your security and privacy is your responsibility.
 
Just to add some context for the new members who may be reading: it has been shown long ago that Evleivibe is a raas_2012 dupe account. That's what they mean when they say "fighting his own battles".

Raas had the cheek to ask me to swap accounts to play you all n I told him NO, along with what I thought of trolling behaviour like that. This was after Id complained to BL admins for him.
