Attempting to make a bean loaf thing for tea - before I added flour to set it, it tasted lovely.

Tin of chickpeas, tin of kidney beans and I've made a white bean and yogurt sauce - no naked flames in here tonight :D

to right evey ive made so bad decisions this year thanks to drugs

and yes bear not sure that its going to be days more like months just to get back to semi normal

It's a long time since I spent and evening in halls, I'm afraid to say. I have lots of good memories and a few bad. Trying to escape from Welsh-speaking all-girls halls at 4am is an adventure I'd rather forget.

It would take me a year to get back to semi normal after standing on a dead mouse - if you can get back from your ordeal in a few months then :)

(just put your new order away for a few month).

Ahhhhh don't worry, FG, we all make mistakes. It's now what matters n you're getting help, which is ace!!!! Things will hopefully be a lot better for you now. :)

If it's any consolation - I'm giving up drink for October - so may as well start now.

don't remind me bloody cat and he chucked up this morning so not happy with him :)

its going in a stash spot could be the last chance to get any so be silly not to at least try to get some through

its a bit more than just that ive still got some really seriously nasty people after me so that's not helping me

its just one thing after another of late

I don't know where to start !

- I'm decorating next month (since my travel plans are screwed). I'm going to do a dark lime green wall, with a contrast of white and grey - treating myself to a new TV and finally getting some of my photos printed (said this for years now so do not place a bet on this getting done.)

If u got people after u that will hurt u, trust me mate don't do any PV, your mind will use that against you. You know that.
