Bye ....take the time to go research what utter shite apple stuff is, it might look nice and feel nice but then you could say the same about my arse :D

I think these kind of subjects are a bit of a grey area.

Different brands excel in different areas, Apple excel in the sound and graphic design industries, there is no two ways about that one. The iphone has proven to be a good reliable solid phone for along time now, that holds onto its value better than anything else on the market, so at the very least its a better investment than any other phone for purely that reason alone. (Not sure about the plastic one, no offence but probally not)

As i was discussing earlier (yesterday?) I generally wouldnt buy Bose but they excel in the area of noise cancellation and they are the best in that field if you really feel you need noise cancellation headphones. (Most people dont need NC heapdhones, but they can be good if your a frequent traveller or you enjoy using headphones to watch movies in the comfort of your own home)

Monster are a cable company, I wouldnt take a speaker or a headphone seriously from them.

I mean you really could go on and on with lists about every single brand thats ever existed highlighting there good points and underlining there shortcomings.

It gets a bit much when you have the typical blokey ego in the pants thing that my toy is better then your toy scenario, males and electronic equipment and cars carry on like they have small dicks sometimes, yeah weve all met them, no one, may be one themsleves...

Off-Topic: What headphones would you suggest? I've got Sennheiser HD25's. Very happy with them.

Great post. Now I'm off :D

Most blokes I know prefer not to have a large phone stuffed into their trouser pockets.

I do like the look of the apple watch, if only for the NFC pay and go capabilities. It it like all the haters when the first ipad came out laughing at something that will never catch on. The apple watch is leaps and bounds ahead of anything else on the market currently, and unfortunately for android users, you need an iPhone to use it.

I heard this was coming out awhile ago. Sounds interesting.

If your happy with your Sennhesier stick with them, you are reminding me of my first day in class...

First thing you learn, students are on a budget, they dont have large sums of cash to throw about on uneccesary things.

Thats not to be taken in the wrong context either, because Sennheiser are a solid brand that provide accurate sound to price ratio.

Assuming you want a reasonably accurate representation of sound a £200 pair of there headphones will do the job better than a pair of Bose headphones, guarantee it, the only exception i would make would be for regular flyers on planes or people desperate to cancel out surrounding noise, then you may look at one of the Bose NC options, at the end of the day if your in a sound engineering class chances are your number one priority isnt to be cancelling out the noise of tubes, flights or screaming kids, youd have more important needs to think of first, such as hearing the recording as accuratly as possible, not Boses interpretation of how they think it should sound.

Who listens to the safety announcement? They may as well suggest praying for all the good hugging your knees will do you.

I fly a lot and have a set of Sennhesier momentum and they work fine on a plane. At first they were a little uncomfortable but now I have worn in the earpiece they are great. The mrs has a set of NC Bose and she loves them, but they do need to be charged, which I could never be trusted to remember to do.

I love my smartphone when I travel. The ability to scan my ticket from the screen, book my parking and watch movies is awesome. If an apple watch means I can get rid of my wallet or better yet my passport I'll get one in 6 months once they iron out the bugs. My dream would be for such a watch to replace my set of house and car keys, thus releasing the contour of my trouser pants to they way nature intended it to be.
