Can I maintain both my Klonopin & Adderall scripts while going through talk therapy?

I have to go to one doctor for all my psych needs, so he'll know everything I'm prescribed.

In the past, I went to two separate doctors. One gave me some forms to diagnose ADD and prescribed Adderall. The other doctor prescribed Klonopin to help with withdrawal from an OTC substance, not for longterm treatment of anxiety, although I told him I thought I'm abnormally anxious. Neither doctor knows about the other.

The Klonopin doctor suggested cognitive behavioral talk therapy. I think I also have OCD and some stressors in my life right now.

Is there a way I can tell this one-stop-shop psych a story that will let me have all three things: cognitive therapy, Adderall, and a benzo? Or is that asking for too much? I guess I can insist that Adderall doesn't interfere with my sleep and doesn't make me more anxious, and that Klonopin doesn't distract me. Should I not mention the OCD and life stressors so that the doctor won't think I'm not stable enough to be on both Adderall and a benzo?

I'm almost positive that this is going to be against the rules because they state that we are not allowed what to say to get prescribed a certain medication. And this falls along those lines.
