piss easy m9. i was't heavy user.

the worst is the RLS, or unable to keep/lay still when you are sleeping. then then depression, but only last two days or so. and only bad @ night. :3

if i do it once again all that stuff will come back so need to leave it be for a long time.
 
7 days just stating a real run on the stims
benzo and blend
going to take so much stimulant and noids they are going to get readings that they must help me with basically show them my habits like a meth heads or crack heads and i really need writing off work full-stop for as long as i can and fucking medication Ritalin for a start of with some fucking 30 milligrams a decent benzo

I honestly can't see any sane doctor giving you either Ritalin or benzos, FG. Good luck though.

Remember that they aren't there to indulge your problems but to give you the help you need to confront them - with a sober head. If you expect them to break out the goodies and leave you in peace, you'll only end up very disappointed.

Sounds like a recipe to get sectioned TBH :\

At the very least you'll agrivate any existing mental health issues, will your GP not provide a Fit note to get you off work for a week or 2 ?

It's a beautiful Sunday morning here. I'd just planned for a lousy one so it's thrown me. Need to decide on some activity that will make the day seem less like I got stoned and did nothing. Which is exactly how things appear to be heading.
 
erm, maybe thats not such a great plan FG and you'll just be making yourself ill for no gain. IME Drs prickle up and strongly resist any direct drug seeking behaviour or requests. I'm sorry to say but you are very unlikely to be prescribed either Ritalin or Benzos, they will probably want to try you on w/e antidepressant is flavour of the month atm, and if that doesnt work you may get referred to a psychiatrist, who will probably want you to stop all drug (ab)use for at least a month.
 
^ This, I've never heard of an adult getting Ritalin, so at the least it's quite rare and a GPs benzo script really isnt worth the hassle, you might get a couple of weeks worth of 2 or 5mgs but it's highly unlikely you'll get any more than that.

If you follow your current course your more likely to find yourself sectioned in a secure unit getting forcibly pinned up with some 'orrible anti psychotic.

I've never directly asked a doctor for specific medication, in general they don't like it and if you're a self confessed drug user your just fitting the model of the 'drug seeker' they often already think you are.

Very true. I'm not sure if I've got anything on my record about being a drug user but I suspect so since I was referred to drug counselling by my p-doc ages ago. They never actually got in touch with me but I'm sure a letter would have went to my GP nonetheless.

He certainly seemed to be rather tentative at the suggestion of zopiclne, so I just didn't push it.


You do need help FG but I don't think that is a wise way to go about it.
