Greetings Bluelight. I am humancannonball. I am very familiar with bluelight and had an account I used on and off here somewhat infrequently over the past 5 years under the name of peacelovedope. Due to forgetting my password after a mandatory password change, I am back under a (IMO) much better username.

When I first decided to start experimenting with psychoactives as a young teen, BL was essential in forming my views and opinions of drug use. Although this caused me to be (somewhat) responsible in my drug use, I still ended up lost in the drug lifestyle and eventually fell victim to substance abuse which culminated in addiction.

As of right now, I am two months completely clean and sober. Rather than renounce my past and look upon it in a solely negative light as some may do, I am returning in hopes of deterring anyone from making the same mistakes I did in regard to abuse/addiction, encouraging safe and responsible use of entheogens, and learning from some of the most brilliant minds I have ever come across on the internet.

I hope to have a long and bountiful stay here, and look forward to getting to know (hopefully) several beautiful minds.

Namaste.

Hey welcome back!

Killer of you to be 2 months sober, that is a stellar effort and what you are doing now with your experiences is a really good thing to do. I'm sure you're going to help a lot of people on here. I really like your philosophy on harm reduction there, instead of rejecting your past and locking it away, encouraging safe use and HR techniques is great. I'm sure you're going to make a lot of positive contributions around the site. :)

If you need any help or anything around the site, don't be afraid to send me a message. Otherwise, welcome back!

Thanks for the kind welcome!

As far dedicating a little time to HR awareness around here, I figure that it's only the right thing to do given my circumstances and considering what BL has done for me. The philosophy I lived by prior to getting clean recently was essentially mindless hedonism. Needless to say it's not a path that has a happy ending. I just want to make the best of my time on this planet as a conscious and loving being. In order to stay true to myself and do just that, I must help others.

And I'm pretty sure I remember how everything works, but if there's anything I need I will not hesitate to ask! Thanks again for the positive encouragement and warm welcome, hope to see you around!

Aye aye Cap'n. And did you happen to write an IV MDA trip report back in the day by chance?

edit: nevermind, found it. should have just used the search engine to begin with :|

I did!

The only experience that topped that was my IV DMT experience (was also on wax, hefty dose of LSD, and nitrous during the peak of the IV DMT)

I wrote about that in Trip Reports as well. :D

Jesus Christ on a pancake that sounds intense!!

Can't imagine myself trying anything like that nowadays. When I decide to trip again I'm more than likely keeping the dose low (less is more as they say). Also, I don't think I could ever bring myself to use anything intravenously ever again.

I'll have to check out that report though! If it's anything like the IV MDA it should be well worth the time to read. :)

Haha it was so intense. I have a very, very funny story that involves me ending up humping a gas pump in a gas station while fully blacked out in the peak after all the drugs were consumed

thankfully I got away without any negative consequences.
