However, re the quote above, I was referring to the possibility that an airborne version of Marburg or Ebola might occure naturally, in the field, rather than in some Stephen King imagined novel or through some non-fictional release of material due to American stupidity. The situation is not improving. A number of victims of Ebola being treated at a containment centre in the Liberian capital Monrovia have apparently absconded or been "rescued" by family members during the looting of the centre!

The attack at the Monrovia centre is seen as a major setback in the struggle to halt the outbreak, says the BBC's Will Ross, reporting from Lagos.

Ebola is spread by contact with an infected person's bodily fluids, such as sweat and blood, and no cure or vaccine is currently available.

Blood-stained mattresses, bedding and medical equipment were taken from the centre, a senior police officer told BBC News, on condition of anonymity.

I travel a lot - I get my seat on a flight, wait until the place is settled and the 'fasten seat belts' thing lights up - I get my handwash out, and disinfect anything and everything I will touch. Hot towel sir - yes to wash the food tray , head rest (if not the fiber things), arm rest etc. (FWIW - headphones have a little L / r on them - your not fighting the 'system' by ignoring that simple fact. Baby shit = shit, it stinks, its not cute or funny so remove it !
