Civil = 12, Criminal = 15 ... 8)

That was the one I got wrong; I said 10 on no sounder basis than if it was 12 the same as England, they would never have asked the question. Now it turns out that the question is mis-phrased anyway ?! That's really not good.

It is to be hoped that at least the phrasing of the questions in the real test is better than this.

Maybe add on another question "What do you think will happen to the person whose job you're going to take?"

9 is kinda wrong.. You can drink as much as you like in a pub when 16 as long as someone who is 18+ buys it.

That's not true. You need to have it with a meal.

I did an SIA licence course last year and the guy teaching it was the one that told me that.

Maybe he meant as long as you bought a meal..
