As stated in thread starter I have 10mg powder ampoules for injection(syringe driver from my dads terminal cancer) I am quite curious what would be the safest way to take this and what dosage? Injecting is out of the question, rectally? Chasing it? I am very interested to hear any feedback
 
^^^This.My Grandaddy died of terminal cancer and I didn't even think of touching his oral liquid morphine or fentanyl pathches untill he died.He died at home and for some reason the hospice people didn't confiscate or destroy his meds.Once the cancer patient has passed away,they no longer need them and I saw the meds as fair game.By the way,you have my sympathies.I was raised by my Grandparents and, after losing them both I definitely feel your pain.Hope you cope with this as best you can and the drugs definitely help mask the pain of losing a loved one,though eventually you have to deal with it.As far as how much to do,I really can't say without knowing your tolerance to opiates.I would think injection would be the only way(you could skin pop it if that would make you less squeamish than iv use).I'm pretty sure though that injectable meds are the same as oral liquids minus the suar,flvorings,buffers for your stomach etc...Wait,I just remebered that you said they were powder ampuoles so I'm assuming it's a powder that you mix with water to prepare it for injection.If this is the case,you could get into the vials and just sniff the powder.Try digging out the rubber piece where you would insert the needle and pour it out that way.Breaking the vials could lead to barely visible pieces of glass in the powder.Agan,please don't use his meds if he's still alive.Terminal cancer patients go through unimaginable pain

Of course that makes it okay. I never went and stole all the money out of my grandma's purse, but when she died I took some money, plus whatever she had left me in the will.

Do you really not see the difference between taking something necessary from someone living, and someone dead?

Plug (rectal) that heroin, personally I'd shoot it and I have never shot up anything but lab grade heroin is a rare find.
 
With dope it is commonly mixed with minimal water (10-20 units or .1-.2 no of water is most I used for 60 mg and less when I used to use this method) Get the water into your nose and don't let it drop down the back of your nose and down your throat.
 
Plug it. Dilute it down with 1ml water.

Also I question some people's definition of 'necessary' on this thread.


edit: I dont want to tell you to shoot pharma grade, made for IV use pure heroin. I cant do that on a HR site.

To answer your question, one would need to know your opiate tolerance. To get an idea the best way I think is to relate it to pharmaceuticals as heroin has varying strengths. If you were to take morphine pills, how much do you take to get high? if not morphine, oxycontin?

IF you dont get morphine or oxy and are in the USA, chances are you have had vicodin or percocet - how much do you take and what strength to get high.

Generalization to go by -

If you are an occasional opiate user, low tolerance, between 5-10 MG should be plenty to get you off.

IF you have a bit of tolerance - 10-20MG

Heavy users, this is different for different people, some people 50MG is plenty, others can handle 100-200mg with no problem.

Based on the question, I assume you are not an addict/heavy user. I would say inject 5MG at first to be safe. Dilute the 5mg into 20-30 units of sterile water. it should dissolve with just a little stirring, My non-pharma dope which is not 100% pure dissolves in cold water, so yours shouldnt have an issue. I will be curious to know what color the water is. Does it remain clear or darken slightly? I have very strong dope right now and surprisingly it turns the water a light brown when diluting, though it is a very light colored powder with no brown at all.
 
I am very jealous of you and assume you must be in Europe, or does Canada also get Diamorphine scripts or am I mistaken? Anyway I would personally shoot it because I mean it's Heroin made by professional pharmaceutical manufacturers for that very purpose. But I can never in good conscience recommend IV injections so I would then plug it. I don't plug drugs personally but I think it could be done with a needle-less syringe or something. Have fun.

I saw my great grandma die right before my very eyes.. It fucking sucked, coolest woman ever.. I remember I was eating cerial, and she was eating a slice of those..She looks directly at me and says "Wanna race?" Hahahahaha. R.I.P. to all our loved ones, may they find happiness..
