Antipsychotic Drugs Can Cause Chronic Fatigue; CBCD Reviews the Medical Literature

Serious and sometimes fatal infections may occur with antipsychotic drug use. (1) The CBCD explains the link between antipsychotics, latent viruses, and fatigue.

New York (PRUnderground)

“Infected with a latent virus? The CBCD recommends that individuals take Novirin or Gene-Eden-VIR.” – Greg Bennett, CBCD

The AARP says that common antipsychotic drugs have side effects that can weaken the immune system and cause chronic fatigue. “Antipsychotics are powerful CNS (central nervous system) depressants. In studies, the side effects include fatigue, lethargy and weakness.” (1) Dr. Chen and colleagues wrote in a study that antipsychotic drugs can damage the immune system. Antipsychotics can “induce immuneregulation … (and) … could inhibit INF Gamma production (Interferon Gamma is a protein made and released by host cells in response to the presence of pathogens such as viruses) of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (a type of blood cell) and could inhibit Th1 differentiation (Th1 lymphocytes are critical in the cellular immune response. Lymphocytes are a type of white blood cell).” (2) Dr. Chen and colleagues are from the Department of Research at the Taipei Tzuchi Hospital in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Drugs.com goes even farther, relating that serious and sometimes fatal infections may occur with antipsychotic drug use. (3)

The CBCD points out that when the immune system is damaged by antipsychotic drugs, latent viruses, such as EBV, CMV, HCV, etc., increase in number and can cause a feeling of physical and mental fatigue.

The CBCD therefore recommends that Americans who are infected with a latent virus take Novirin or Gene-Eden-VIR. The formula of these natural antiviral products was tested by Hanan Polansky and Edan Itzkovitz from the CBCD in two clinical studies that followed FDA guidelines. The studies showed that the Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR formula is effective against latent viruses, such as EBV, CMV, HBV, and many more. The clinical studies were published in the peer reviewed, medical journal Pharmacology & Pharmacy, the first, in a special edition on Advances in Antiviral Drugs. Study authors wrote that, “individuals infected with EBV ( and other latent viruses)…reported a safe decrease in their symptoms following treatment with Gene-Eden-VIR.” (4) The study authors also wrote that “we observed a statistically significant decrease in the severity, duration, and frequency of symptoms.” (4)

Both products can be ordered online on the Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR websites.

Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR are natural antiviral dietary supplements. Their formula contains five natural ingredients: Selenium, Camellia Sinesis Extract, Quercetin, Cinnamomum Extract, and Licorice Extract. The first ingredient is a trace element, and the other four are plant extracts. Each ingredient and its dose was chosen through a scientific approach. Scientists at polyDNA, the company that invented and patented the formula, scanned thousands of scientific and medical papers published in various medical and scientific journals, and identified the safest and most effective natural ingredients against latent viruses. To date, Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR are the only natural antiviral products on the market with published clinical studies that support their claims.

According to the AARP, antipsychotic drugs are also frequently prescribed for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other serious psychiatric conditions. Antipsychotics are also prescribed “off label” to treat agitation and depression, among other conditions. (1)

Individuals can check if their antipsychotic drug causes fatigue by inserting the name of the drug in the search bar located here: http://www.drugs.com.

The AARP continues, saying that “Many of these drugs also lower dopamine levels, which can lead to drowsiness and sleepiness as well.” (1) In other words, these drugs affect brain chemicals (like dopamine) called neurotransmitters. Lowering dopamine levels creates a vicious cycle where lower dopamine levels damage the immune system, and a damaged immune system lowers dopamine levels even farther. As Dr. György M. Nagy, PhD wrote that “Permanent dysfunctions of either the central (CNS) or the peripheral (immune) dopaminergic system are frequently associated with immune malfunctions.” (5) Dr. Nagy is from the Department of Human Morphology, Cellular and Molecular Neuroendocrine Research Laboratory at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary.

According to Dr. Hanan Polansky’s theory of Microcompetition, the decrease in the immune system will increase the number of latent viruses in these patients. One typical virus that infects most people is the Epstein Barr Virus (EBV). Research shows that in high concentrations, these viruses cause fatigue. Therefore, the CBCD suggests reducing the numbers of latent viruses in the body to reduce physical and mental fatigue.

Individuals can read more about Dr. Polansky’s theory here: http://www.cbcd.net.

As a further example, the CBCD points out that suppressing the immune system can also lead to a reactivation of latent viruses in the body. This further weakening of the immune system can allow an infection with a latent virus, such as with EBV, to create conditions favorable to viral reactivation and even more intense feelings of fatigue. In fact, the virus itself is responsible for feelings of “extreme fatigue.” (6)

The CBCD recommends that individuals who take antipsychotic drugs also take Novirin or Gene-Eden-VIR against the latent viruses in their bodies.

I take antipsychotics and i feel like shit when I'm sober which is most of the time. Recreational drugs make me feel a little better sometimes. Unfortunately i am court ordered by the white devil to take these CIA drugs.

In case anyone missed it, this is pretty much a plug for a product which supposedly boosts your immune system. I'm the first to agree that antipsychotics are nasty, but just thought I should point it out.

Do they give you depot injections?

Yeah I saw that, but I posted it for the study around fibro the Immune system and dopamine. i dont know anything about what they are hawking.

I was very sick for around five years and was able to cure myself after a small army of specialist could provide no relief, but made sure to charge me a small fortune and the insurance company a fortune. I did get medical records that I needed to solve the puzzle and an exponentially greater opiate dependence and addiction than I started with.

The findings and conclusions of this study lend some scientific backing to the theory and treatment I came came up with to save myself from Hell.

I'm curious - exactly what was wrong with you and how did you end up fixing it?

^ sure, I was diagnoses and confirmed through biopsy with sarcoidosis, and diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, irritable bowel, and psoriasis.

When I did my own work up I realized that some symptoms were out of place and thought they were likely to do with a vitamine D deficiency and the test confirmed.
When researching all the other conditions I realized they all came from the same part of the brain. After five years and hundreds of tests all coming back completely normal besides the Vitamin D I asked for and a testosterone my Doc ordered I hypothesized that the were not separate issues, but rather separate symptoms of the one condition. This condition was a pan hypothalamic or pan limbic deregulation.

I asked to be taken off all the medications I was currently on besides the the opiates and benzos as i still had to deal with getting off those. I asked to be placed on methylphenidate to increase the dopamine and epinephrine that my symtoms told me I had a great chance of being deficient in. I also asked to be placed on lamictal as this drug seems to have some pretty broad and strong stabilizing abilities on the hypothalamus and what it controls. I also doubled my dose of vitamine D (symptoms from that were pretty much gone in a week), and started TRT (this was probably due to the length of my opiate run and the fact that I was also on a high dose of methadone.

Within less than four weeks I was 85% better. I felt so damn good that I said fuck it and jumped of the methadone, and then six days latter jumped off the xanax. I added clonidine three days after I jumped the methadone. lol.. I didn't sleep for weeks and was in acutes for almost two months,
