You can't go slipping in oh so subtle mentions of it being your b'day in the munching thread and not expect to have it bumped up to a proper b'day thread now can you...

Seems dinner is already sorted but always nice to have a choice on offer and this pic is not only cooked but also rather tasty looking - nothing worse than having to cook your own b'day dinner picture so...

Thanks everyone, it was a very tame weekend really, went out Friday night, was home by, erm about 10am Sat morning. (Thats very tame by my standards...)

The steak for dinner on Sunday was very nice and tommorow having a Pizza Express with the fam. Oh, and my posh shaving soap from Harrods was delivered today. You no your getting old when your appreciating a gentlemans shaving soap lol.

And proper shaving soap (and badger bristle brush obviously) is the only way to go... although I do quite like that shaving oil that comes in tiny bottles too.
 
He could at least smile, miserable sod... Number 2 looks like hes having more fun, so well go with that one I think... ;)

Have yet to get a decent brush, its on my list of things i need. The prices are shocking for a high quality one, I think you can pay silly money like over £100 Maybe one day like Xmas, I do have a reasonable substitute for the time being.
 
Sounds nice.... My daughter and I went to Pizza Hut other day, and I must say they were really friendly and the service was spot on, couldn't have asked for better. We only had a margarita cause short on monies and daughter was going swimming lessons - but will be taking her again in the near future... perhaps near Christmas time.... I'm not used to such friendly service and food tasted good so was an all-round success really. Little one loves pizza n as a now-n-them treat it doesn't hurt.

I actually dont really eat pizza unless in Amsterdam of all the bizzare places to choose to eat it, cause we found this amazing little Italian bistro thing, but i just wanted a reminder of my travels hence the Pizza Express choice tommorow.

I am in love with this place, wish i was back there now...

I <3 that first fella - he's so obviously going for... something that I can't work out why he's looking so miserable. Bet he's usually a complete party animal but the DJ was shite that night.

My badger bristle brush is surely a shitey one but it has bits of some poor badger's furry arse stuck into it so still counts in my book... although the wooden knob/handle has come loose which is quite annoying :!
 
JELL as ell!!!! I grew some rhubarb n for the second year running the fucker went off.... OFF, I TELL YAH!!!! First year, was the finest rhubarb n I was making these right ace fruit crumbles, because they're easy to make n stuff! But last two years.... anyways my parents have like a heluva lot of the stuff n will be giving me some so will be getting out the honey n crumble mix and doing blackberry, raspberry, apple and blum crumble.... The joys of growing your own fruit, eh?! Heaven.

Lol I was thinking that - and you beat me to it. Learnt that in my first few weeks at Bluelight as TDS are notorious for not liking their double posts n I accidently did a few before I learnt how to multi-quote.
