I don't know what this is about, but just want to say when it comes to rejection. I don't know in context this is but, if, for instance, Sammy G fell for/ had a crush on someone n found out it wasn't recipitated - well that can be hard to take.

Olus, none of us truly know one another's pasts, childhoods n what-not. For instance, if a person faced a lot of rejection during childhood - adoption, favouring another child or whatever - they may feel that they are re-living that experience through the current rejection.

Rejection can - and does hurt, if Sammy G has felt rejected in some way n "cried" about it, I feel for him it's not very nice to go at him over it and no offence, but you do seem to appear to. All I see is a bloke who's battling with mental ill-health and addiction trying to make a living n get through things the best way he can. I actually have a lot of admiration for him, despite our fallings out, and there's been a fair few, probably will be more - as we're both ver opinionated people. But I wish him the best n don't think he's a bad lad. Just someone with issues , like the rest of us.

Morning all,

Quasi-normal for me... I've been tending to get up around 7am but been waking up a little earlier (again :|) the past week or so. Was a bit miffed that some alarm was going off near my flat for about 10 minutes at 3am.

Still, clear blue skies... might go out for a run after breakfast. :)

That'll do you good. Exercise n pure vitamin D :D vitamin D is ace for mood, skin n bones. An hour of vitamin D a day they say! Run/walk as long as you get a pace going will do you good, along with the right diet your hair n skin will be amazing - people will ask what you do to get such soft-looking skin, "what cream you use" etc. i had all that. Well I put a pic up somewhere.

I know, right?! Genuinely love ABBA. Mate's Dad used to listen to it n I remember being able to pick up the sound two floors up with the bedroom door closed and other music on.

Morning, anyway. Shouldn't be up this early but took advantage of my time alone to get drunk and listen to utter shite, apparently, so have snuck down for a sneaky can to kill off the bits of hangover the shower didn't wash off and to fuck about online for a bit before I try sleep again.

I remember when I went to see Mamma Mia at the cinema... was very obscure being surrounded by OAPs who were singing along & clapping throughout most the film. Some of them were even being wild & standing up! :D

Has anyone here been on suboxone maintenance? If so, did you find that, although it contains an opiate blocker, the more suboxone you took the less strong alcohol cravings were? It's just round tea-time I get these really strong urges/cravings for alcohol n to be honest, it's not a road I want to go down again but I also don't want to go back to 12/10 mg suboxone per day as the side affects were nice: stiffness, heavy head, headache, not feeling right, n increased sensitivity to pain.

I think I was a bit rash going to 4 mg but if I go back now I'm going to feel like I've failed.

Did anyone get like a horrible, bored, empty feeling, where everything feels dull n long? To be honest suboxone has just delayed the inevitable but made things FAR worst as I think I'm now addicted to it n petrified of coming off while wanting to come off at the same time, if that makes sense.

Also I apologise to anyone I've snapped at lately.

Hahaha I know <3 Was agreeing with ya. Tis a scorcher here also, want to go back to bed but it's way too fucking hot in there, even with a fan on. Vacation you say? I'm already psyching myself up for mine and it's not til next fucking June or July!
