Hey I just noticed yesterday in some post there are random links in blue to click on. I've also seen this in some user names...whats going on here did i miss the memo? lulz.
I'm not sure if I was not being clear in my post or if I'm miss reading your post lulz.
But I have noticed that underneath my avatar where my location is 'Mars' there is a blue link, I don't know why i never seen this before on BL. Also if i write in someones thread ceartin words will atomaticly become a link. Is this new? Because I rarely post links and if i do post a link for example it would be for a website like YouTube.

I ended up just disabling Chrome. I'm really having a tough time with my computer though, everything is going to shit 8(.(my sound is working off and on, no videos will play and other weird shit is going on). Haha I screwed something up.
So I'm using IE, it's faster no bullshit. You seem knowledgeable about PC's. Would you recommend that I switch my browser to Firefox or something else?
I Have an opportunity to install windows 8.1 (It's free), so IDK if it would improve my PC or not. Well if you have any info to spare I would really appreciate it.
And thank you for your time with my silly questions.
i use chrome on all my devices (mac, win pc, iphone, ipad).
i work in support for a technology company and, if all my customers used chrome, i'd basically be out of a job. it's just a solid browser with great dev. tools.
What makes it so much better then the rest of browsers out there? I like chrome and use it too but maybe im missing something else that it does that you know about. For me, it just seems a little faster then the other ones out there and picture quality seems better. Just looking for a little bit more detail. I just started checking out different browsers.
it's based on my experience of trouble-shooting issues for clients. chrome customers have significantly fewer issues than all other browser users, in my experience.
i also need to do a lot of client-side troubleshooting and the dev. tools - DOM element inspector, console, network traffic inspector, etc. - work well.
I've no idea about computers, i am also using Chrome which is great as it all links up with my mobile phone. Just out of curiosity how do you take a screenshot?
Brilliant, thankyou NeighborhoodThreat that was a great help indeed. It saved the screenshot straight onto my Dropbox account which i caan see being very useful at times
