A pressed pill - don't know actual mdma amounts?

I bought some pressed pills from a friend, not your usual ecstasy pill, it's brownish and has relatively large chunks of powder (not a fine powder) and you can see some sandy particles in the bag so its not pressed that well,

was told it's 200mg mdma, i weighed on a scale and it scaled out to be ~330mg?
Not really sure how to dose it? was thinking of breaking off 2/3 of it then redose the rest? i don't weigh a lot but i think my tolerance is pretty average.

i did take one that was broken at a festival this summer (about 2/3 original size) but it was the day after already rolling and it only lasted a half hour

If they have an imprint you could try searching on pillreports to see if those pills are known in the database. Apart from that there isn't much you can do to determine the amount of MDMA in there. Dealers usually say "oh yeah they're 200mg" but that doesn't make it so of course. How new are you to MDMA? If the pills really are 200mg and you take 2/3 you should be at around 130mg which is a good dose, could be a bit high if you are lightweight, new to MDMA and/or female. If that's the case I would go with 1/2 just to be safe. You can always take a bit more if the effects aren't intense enough for you but you can't take less if the effects are too intense...

all right thanks. unfortunately they aren't imprinted and are just plain round pills, no results on pillreports
