L-Tyrosine & Ubiquol

When should I take these things?
I been taking them everyday along with a 5htp at night.
I need to know,

should I take the L-Tyrosine and Ubiquol before, after, or during rolling?

I know to take the 5htp after a roll.

Personally, I wouldn't take them at all. But I'm not a massive fan of supplements anymore.

If anything, I'd save them for after the roll to aid recovery.

Yeah it should work, but once again, I find gurning and laughing about your mates gurning is all part of the fun.

Take the tyrosine before the roll, (but not 48 hours before the roll) and do it for about two-three days, 1g dosage.

Take the CQ10 and magnesium during the roll. Swollen gums are no fun the next day.

Take the 5htp for two-three days before and after the roll, 100mg dosage. Until you feel okay. Don't take it 48 hours before the roll.
