What exactly are you asking? The 'success rate' of such an endeavour depends on many factors including the locations of sender and recipient (international customs may present a problem if you're attempting to break any laws), the mail carrier organisation, packaging, legal status of the substance obviously. Tread carefully, I don't think this forum is allowed to assist you in illegal matters.
