We have actually discussed the idea of having the EADD krew being involved in the nomination process but it would just add to the stress and ARG!!! n such.

I think that the members should have some kind of say. But if they did then I would clearly be the unanimous choice so perhaps not ;)

In all seriousness I would apply but I think I'm too new and probably too much of a sarcastic dick. Maybe next year eh. (Summer for president, free coke etc etc).

There's not much point in it being a popularity contest as a lot of mod time is taken up reading and adminning, so they'll end up posting less. Realistically you'd be better off hoping for people whose posts you don't enjoy. ;)
 
There are a few people that would be great mods, I get too annoyed at things and it would be a shit storm.
 
first time since I've been here that I don't give a flying fuck who mods this place.

If I plumped for anyone, it'd be PTCH, mainly for the lulz and cos I know he'd probably annoy me to fuck. Oh, and he finds my bare feet sexy.

Also, like me, he said he'd never apply for the position ... so if he does, there's a bit 'o smugness to be had, and I'll be more than happy to take advantage of any going cheap ;p

Ive never seen your bare feet, i'd probably find them sexy too. Not that ive particularly got much of a thing for womens feet. :\

I dunno, lots of people seem to have 'lost heart' not just with being a mod, but with eadd in general. Whilst at the same time some new members are emerging and old members that had been away for years are returning. Its good to see you visiting occasionnaly too lady marmalade.

Since my idea of nominating and voting for mods got completely dismissed how about we try a brief spell of 'guest mods' ? :D PTCH one week, OTW the next, then ColtDan etc. Hell I'd even do it fo a week if anyone would let me (and id finally get to see all those dark conspiracy threads where the mods talk about the members behind their backs. :p)

It might liven the place up for a while, and then i spose when that gets boring we'd have to hand the reigns back to some proper mods.
