Watch the attitude, it's against the BLUA to be insolent towards other members... but I feel this instance is not severe enough to sanction an infraction against your user account.

Good point, which I was pretty much going to make sort of.

It's not a popularity contest, or about who posts the most (although of course being a regular poster is a must) ... it's who the mods that be think is best suited. As such I think it's great there are two slots open, even if it is sad to see snolly stepping down. Everyone brings their own thing to EADD & I'm sure those that apply will have different qualities.

I am considering applying but I want to put some serious thought into it... I know what responsibility entails from doing other things & I wouldn't want to apply unless I thought I could put myself fully into it. It's definitely a consideration for everyone applying that it might change how you post or what you get out of BL, but I think it wouldn't drastically change things for me. Perhaps that says something in my favour.

I'm not really going to say much for now other than I'm a long standing member, even if I have only started posting with regularity recently.

I think now I'll don a velvet jacket & retire to the smoking room to mull things over. ;)

Point taken, I should have said that I think the people I mentioned would be good choices rather than the best choices. Everyone has their merits as no one is really a true cunt apart from me so I'm sure whoever gets it will do a great job <3

That's a sensible attitude, chatative. As I've said I've applied to other sub-forums like NMI and Recovery Support, but I could not mod EADD. I admire all that do and all who will. If you apply, I wish you all the luck in the world. You're a good person, chatative.

You're bitter enough. But to my understanding have not yet significantly broken the BLUA, so I'm happy for you to continue as long as it's in a peaceful manner.

To be fair, I think you'd be an ace one. I know you act a certain way with this sense of humour stuff but I've seen a different side to you. You weigh people up, care, give decent advice, would be fair. I wish others would see that side to you. I honestly think you'd be a good moderator if you showed that side of you.

That side of me exists Evey, but people like ColtDan and PTCH choose to ignore it as it doesn't serve their bitter nature which occurs from 7,000+ posts and taking various drugs every week...

How the fuck did you manage that. I've only ever received and infraction for posting a picture in a serious SLR thread and for telling the admins to form a line and suck my dick in a staff thread.
