Gibberings CLXXI: No Twattery Allowed - Waiting on Raas's Call

First introduction to his music was watching a room full of grown adults break down in tears to one of his records in treatment, swung my prejudices a bit.
 
The tabloids reported a dangerous fad amongst some student a few years ago, of taking alcohlic spirits through their eyes. Apparenlty the girls were up for it even more than the lads, after all it could only potentially lead to serious eye injuries, why worry about potentially going blind to show a group of people that you have some bravado. :\
 
I got dared to do that at a festival once. Hurt like a bastard, stupid as hell.
 
There was something on the news yesterday about the latest fad, recording yourselves drinking and going punch for punch with your pal.... :\ Already claimed one life apparently....imagine killing what id imagine would be one of your close friend for that....!

Id at least make sure I was punching someone I didnt like.

With regards unnecessary risks, think it's just part of growing up isnt it, I've done some daft things in my time which could well of ended badly. Hopefully you live and learn, some unfortunately dont get the chance, just human nature to push your luck I think.

BITD I knew an old hippy who kept a bottle of liquid acid in his fridge he charged a pound a drop which i reckon was about 200-250 mikes - trouble was you had to do it there and then or he would'nt sell it - he would just tear off a piece of cardboard and drop it on - once and only once we did an eye drop and it took us 2 hours to find our way down from his 7th floor flat on the worlds end estate in chelsea (it stung a wee bit but was worth the craic) mental day spent in Brompton cemetry - much nicer than you might imagine.

I still do daft things to this day, which may very well mean that i still havent grown up at all. Taking alohol through your eyes though yeah i agree thats somethng you're much more likely to do in your younger years rather than in your early 40s.
 
If the eye wasn't bad enough there always the butt chugging - alcohol enema, tampax soaked in alcohol etc :l -
 
Oh yeah that last one too. We were stupid sixteen year olds. That burns like shit, as one would imagine. You think it's ok at first, and it just gets worse and worse.

I am mostly sensible now.
 
I used to be partial to the odd alcohol enema. Usually more out of desperation than any sort of thrill-seeking.

When you have several 'empty' bottles of whiskey lying around in your bed and elsewhere, it can make sense. IF you dilute it.
 
I suppose if you need a drink and you only have a small amount then it's probably safer than not doing it. I suppose if we plug various other substances, then alcohol should just be added to the list. (remember to take any garnish, icecubes etc out of your drink before pouring. Would be funny as hell in the ER explaining that you fell on a little umbrella, two olives and a sparkler :D)
 
Shooting mdma isnt fun - i did about a 1/4 of a pill and it was just too much the rush was so strong thought i was gonna die - but i suspect if you got the dose right it might be fun but HR tells me that this is not a good thing to experiment with.

The daftest thing I have done ROA wise is snorting some aMT. It was pretty damn horrible & I was very high at the time as it was...

Just sorting all the loose ends & starting to get things together for going down to Soni... so close now! :D
