PEP kratom in my experience landed me in some nasty shit. i have no idea what they put it in it - i did take an enormous dose of it - around 15g's i believe, but i was quite literally about to suffer from a seizure, or i just had a really terrible reaction to it.
about an hour after taking it i started suffering from visual distortions, as in everything was blurring together, my pupils dilated larger than I've ever seen them and when i looked in the mirror my face appeared to have all these speckles on them - it was extremely trippy and at first it was actually kind of enjoyable. however, then came the audial distortion, by which i mean everything started to sound much lower and "slower" than usual and that's when i freaked out. i became aware of this enormous pounding headache too. my legs started twitching and i felt incredibly detached from myself.
luckily i had a lot of benzos at hand and swallowed a 2mg clonazepam along with 2mg of lorazepam and 50mg of diazepam. after about 10 minutes the headache was subsiding and the auditory distortion was getting better however- the visual distortions lasted until the next day, and they were extremely unpleasant. i was staring at a painting on the wall which is a portrait of my father and the face kept on blurring into some satanic looking thing. note that even with those doses of benzos i wasn't knocked out. granted i had a tolerance but that combo would have usually floored me.
be careful with this stuff. i believe it's tainted with the tramadol isomer but i could be wrong.
