Modedit: We can't link to the site in question as it details RC vendors, I'm not sure if we can at least name the product, will try find out. Cheers for the heads up, if we can at least mention the product name, I'll edit it back in. If not I think the best we can do is make sure people know to check for ingredients with the vendor if they're buying branded, or send a sample off to WEDINOS. It's long but better safe than sorry.

sample was sent to wedinos result came back 5-api when ingredient is meant to be amt..I know these chemicals are similar so dont know whether wedinos got it wrong but i do doubt it

Is there anywhere that states whether Wedinos use NMR, GC/MS or LC/MS for analysis? NMR for 5-API and aMT could I imagine be the same since 5-API contains the same amount of each element as aMT. GC/MS or LC/MS on the other hand should determine the difference. I've been curious about Wedinos testing methods though, if you look at the stuff on there so many things list Phenacetin when it's more likely that they contained Paracetamol (Phenacetin's active metabolite) simply due to its availability and how common it is as a cut, and it made me wonder if their testing methods weren't specific enough to narrow it down to either one.

Wedinos use CG/MS from what I have heard - they are really looking for people to send in sample of branded stuff.

Indeed they are! Figured brand name is fine tho seeing as we name RCs all the damn time, I just don't spend enough time in that thread to know if people discuss branded stuff or not, so had a quick look and ask around and put it back in.
