Bupe Mainlining Suboxone while on maintenance

I hated subutex too, it also fucked with my stomach and so did methadone-- they made me puke and not shit for weeks like an incredible dope habit. On days when I had to take my methadone in front of the clinic nurse I would be projectile vomiting by the time I got home. I don't get how the high would go so far but I definitely agree that when you don't have shit then get one and shoot it it makes you feel so much better its great. Ill have to watch this documentary. I thought subutex/ suboxone has a ceiling after like 32 or 29 mg or something? Like, you don't feel it any more than that?

Every doctor I know says 24 or 32 but that's bullshit of course it'll cause more constipation and side effects going over 12-16mgs but it won't benefit the addict anymore going above those doses as they don't even feel it. Hell i topped feeling it at 8mgs or so. The guys in "reindeerspotting escape from santaland" were just dumb kids who didn't know any better and would inject 8mg subutex one after another in one go. The guys stole and robbed to get money for subutex since in 2005 in Finland one 8mg subutex went for 50 Euros I believe it was. When jani went to France with money he stole he found a connect for subutex since france is where subutex starts making it way to Finland (the addicts in France trade their free subutex for better drugs like crack or heroin then the importer takes the subutex to France and sells it for a HUGE PROFIT) and jani went nuts in his hotel room injecting one 8mg sub(unfiltered) after another rolling around in bed with boxes of subutex yelling like he was in heaven lol he had been sick for a few days by that time.

Okay about to finish that Documentry, but I thought I saw him put a Subtex Pill in there and Just start shakin it in the syringe..and doing 40mg shots,don't see the point in that, I mean if they were doing that much shoulda just been on a bupe were they even getting high anymore, or just feeling normal like on maintaince(besides the getting sick and having to go out and steal.) well they didn't do 40 in one shot it was over a day or so. you saw correct they do just shake up the syringe with the pill and water inside and inject it with no micron filter.

so I hear ive never had them before but hear they suck. my metabolism is too fast I can do a sub a couple hours after doing heroin and still be fine I wont get any precipitated withdrawal. I always cant belive it when people say they get thrown into precipitated withdrawal after waiting 30+ hours after doing heroin since I always got sick a few hours after doing heroin due to my fast metabolism.

And as to the ceiling effect, remember that for IV it would be exponentially lower. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, IV Buprenorphine is several times more potent than sublingual, due to the much shorter half-life(and correspondingly higher plasma levels).

At a dose of 24-32mg, on average 87% of receptors are filled. If we say IV is 8x as potent, the ceiling would be 3-4mg IV, which seems believable. 8mg at most. Those kids are beyond fucking stupid, especially since buprenorphine's solubility in water is only 8mg/ml.

Will your doctor prescribe you benzo's? I think I'm going to ask mine next time because they REALLY do help. I mean ya, Subs help with the feeling normal, give me a 'Speedy Glow' the first hour or two after taking them, then the rest of the day I just wanna do pills(no dope in my area,besides Meth.) But with benzo's it evens it out. My next appointment is in a few weeks, but my dumbass took a total of 85mg of Valium over 2 days, so I'm going to change my appointment from a Month from today, and cross my fingers that that is outta there when I go and ask about being put on Benzo's. So far since being on Subs, when I was going Once a month I would take them(klonopin/xanax) for the first two weeks then stop, then started gettin' written just to have to go every two months, so more benzo's were consumed during those months, but it really stops the cravings with the two combined IMO, and doctors shouldn't be like 'YOUR GONNA DIE IF YOU TAKE BENZO's WITH SUBS!'. Come the fuck on it's a partial-agonist and if your going to a maintaince doctor you have a tolerance you will be fine...Sorry, lil' tipsy, made a drink for the 1st episode of True blood tonight. As a metaphor someone once said Subs/Methadone are opiate addicts True Blood,lol.

Edit: on an off note, I told my family doctor I wanted to be on subs for a year(just told the doc that in case they were the type to get you on and off fast, but doc said she likes to keep ppl on it for a year, so if they relaspe their insurance company will cover for another year.) But some of my family is pressuring to get off of it and it's stressing me out, saying there is no need to be on it for over a year etc... I know what will happen if my maintance meds are taken away before I'm ready...

I've never met any Sub doctor that would prescribe benzos with it. I feel like there should be a little more leniency when it comes to benzos while you're on Suboxone, that is if you truly need them. Benzos are only good as an acute, short term solution. In the long run they'll harm you more than help you.

Word up brother. I think benzos should come along with Soboxone treatment, because fuck its only a partial-agoist, it hardly does shit for most and absolutely Nothing for me!

But I am not going to directly ask for benzo's(well I am) but I'm going to be like if your not confortable with benzo's I completely understand and I have researched these two meds(Hydroxizine, Gabapentin) and they are also used for anxiety. The Hydroxyzine want do shit I know, but the Gabapentin helps also for me. I dunno...just seems fishy for me to ask for them after being on them on Subs for 8/9 months...

Oh, I LOVE Gabapentin. In lower doses it helps with anxiety, and in the higher doses makes me VERY socialbal, and everything looks brighter, and I get super horny..but on doses of like 600mg it really does work for anxiety for me, have accesss to 3 120 count 300mg bottles, but they are not mine so I'm gonna stay away,even though they never take them,ever.... And on a side note, I HATE alcohol. Had two drinks and just wanted the buzz to go away so quick so I had a buncha water,food,5mg of valium and 1mg of Sub.. Feel so much better now, alcohol just makes me feel like crap, and then the drunk texting,ugh. Figured 5mg of valium wouldn't hurt really after the food and water and my re-planned appointment anyway.

Edit: Oh, what dose of Gabapentin are you on Pill Head? I've also been thinking about giving Phenibut a shot for anxiety if the doctor want agree with any of my options..I really hope when I ask the doc doesn't suggest anti-deppresnts.... If so I'll just complain about side effects till I get something decent or semi decent for anxiety...
