how many mcdonald's are there in your neighbourhood?
I've travelled a few parts of America, down to Mississippi, Altlanta, Boston and even over the border to Toronto.
It's BS to say there is such a thing as an standard English person , were to diverse a lot even from just a cultruratl point of view.
