nice france!

I was wondering if there was anyone here who is from nice france? I'm spending the summer down there and am looking to meet some french people to practice my french with (or help with english if they would like).

I dig drugs (somewhat obvious I suppose), walking around outside, and music (mostly chiller electronic, real techno, house).

I lived there for half a year. Lived in a little shit hole apartment a block back from the beach above the markets and spent my days drinking cheap reds, smoking hash, eating bread, cheese and cured meats and hung around the garden of matisse's house. Probably the best time of my life.

My French is terrible so sorry I can't help you.
 
I realize, just curious if anyone happened to reside there now or had any suggestions of fun places to go. I know there are a fair number of people selling hash on the beaches but I'm assuming it's shit. There are also some fun outdoor club events on the beach but I just arrived.

(also changed that "was from nice france" to "is from nice france")

Oh no, you can get some really good hash down there, it's pretty close to the African coast after all. Anyway I usually go down to Antibes (near Nice) for a week or two every summer and I could've taught you some French but unfortunately I won't be there this year. It's a nice area though you'll love it!

Food ain't too bad if you get the set menus. Booze is expensive, unless you buy the house wine - which is ridiculously cheap and usually very good.
 
Everything is expensive. The hash is also the same - good but expensive. Much more than it should be and then it was when offered to me in Marseille.
