What kind of shape is your body in?

I need to lose around 9lbs to be happy with my figure again.
I've been living it up too much recently which has been fun but I feel a bit bloated at the moment!!
 
Have a look into the 5 2 diet, it's been working damn well for my dad. Saying that calling it a diet is misleading as it's a permanent lifestyle change.

Or yknow, bulimia.. that works.
 
I used to be 13 stone when I was in shape (and when I was just fat coming out of treatment), I was 11 stone when I went in to treatment. I don't know what I am now but I would guess it's somewhere between the two. Underweight at any rate.
 
Fuck all these special diets, you just eat less and move more if you want to lose weight (or eat more and move more if you want to gain weight). No carbs in your evening meal, just meat/fish and greens. Multivitamin, max strength fish oil, glucosamine everyday. 100g of protein within an hour of any workout.

Theres a few people i know that dont think protein is very important if trying to build muscle... and dont really care too much about what they eat... so stupid.

I've never had an ounce of fat on me really, this is me as fat as I've ever been when I got out of treatment.
