Mine is terrible atm, skinny as fuck and my right shoulder is in absolute tatters. Going to be fucking five grand to get that sorted.

Overall could be worse though, not toooo skinny now I changed my ways and I can afford the surgery I need. Jealous of the shape I was in this time last year, was running 10km in 43 minutes and doing 1000 situps or variations a week as well as wipers and planking. Everything begins with core and cardio!

Probably not as healthy as I could be because I'm a lazy stim head (what a contradiction...) but I'm pleased with how I look at least. Eat healthily and sleep well and everything, just don't get a hell of a lot of exercise.
 
Kinda okay. I get 3 good exercise sessions a week (mix it up between weights and running). Would like to lose 1 - 2kg just to tighten things up for summer.
 
Not too shabby. I go running 3 times a week. I messed up my right elbow a few years ago which still gets in my way from time to time and I should do some more weight training to get really fit though.
 
Would love to get back to fighting and doing some strength work in the gym but literally anything upper body is a no go and fighting is an absolute no no.:(

Nah man, no amount of eating can put fat on me. It either gets converted to muscle if I'm training, gets burnt off or just magically disappears if I'm not training. No amount of food will make me fat, I can easily be consuming 4000 calories a day and still have the same body fat ratio.

Pfft I have been hearing that since I was 21. Now I am actually 40 I weigh 10kg less than when I retired and haven't lifted a weight nor given a fuck what I eat and drink. The most I do are push ups and sit ups and a slow jog around the block a couple of times a week yet I still happy to get my shirt off in company.
