Shrink just urged me to see the GP about sleeping tablets whenever I need them, and wrote a letter to my GP asking them to prescribe accordingly. Suppose that's a result of sorts.

It did feel a bit wrong to listen to her wax lyrical about how well I've done with the drink and drugs knowing that I'd be coming home to oxys and some of the finest smack I've ever had. Still, a little bit of hypocrisy won't send me to Hell, I'm sure.
