The book is really in the "unfilmable" category.

It could possibly have worked as an animation in the style of Ralph Steadman's original drawings; but any attempt to commit it to celluloid would ultimately have ended up taking away some of the original rich seam of material in HST's writing and leaving behind a pale imitation.

Oh, and: Many happy returns, FG! Old enough to know better, young enough not to care.

About to get a taxi to go DJ at a house party full of cunts I don't know and I'm a bit more than half-rubbered. Damn you Stella!

I've been listening to a fuckload of West Coast G-Funk for the past couple of hours, now onto some D12 haha. So I don't know how this house set is going to do. I can see me skelping on some NWA once I get halfway through my bottle of Wine.

Edit - Tell me Purple Pills is not a topper of a tune and I'll tell you to sit down. Choking to break the rules and wire an embedded video in here but I'm a good boy :)

how very random - somebody is asking for some typing work done 300,000 words for 700£ (cash in hand). It's already printed and they don't want proof reading or any corrections (I'm thinking scan it - or send to a professional who only charge a 200£).

Hmm - I bet its some African Princess story where I have to lend them 500£ before they give me the work etc.
