Anyways a few questions and a few things I wanted to state.

I have used Aniracetam the past week to help me study( a hard university course, Pharmacology) , Omg the stuff is amazing, I mean the first two days I was taking up to a gram of it each day . My Memory to recall was significantly increased, my motivation was very high, everything was a lot clearer, I was able to take in a lot more detail to my environment and my memory was enhanced as was my reading speed and my motivation was high. I was able to read through my notes and my book a lot faster and I didn't have to repeat it, everything was way more recall able even after reading it once. I also felt a distinct stimulation on Aniracetam, I felt up. In fact if I where to compare the stimulation of Aniracetam it is on par with Ritalin( I have used Ritalin and I think Aniracetam is better) . I even think that Aniracetam is a better Nootropic and it has a serotonergic type stimulation coupled with a nice anxiolytic effect, Antidepressant effect.
Aniracetam is my favourite Nootropic by far.

However yesterday I took like 2 grams in the morning and I might have taken up to 3 grams during the course of studying. And I did not feel good, this hasn't happened to me before with aniracetam, I felt Anxious, Very irritable, I got these headaches and I felt a depression. The headache anxiety and depression was horrible I felt messed up for like 3-4 hours in the afternoon I didnt feel like talking a lot my mood was low. Yea I felt a fatigue and a crash in the evening coupled with a headache. It was a crappy feeling. However Aniracetam seems to be effective for me even in low dosages 500 mg to 750mg. I want to use it tommorrow to help me study, omg it helps so much way more than ritalin but i dont want these side effects to appear. What can I do to prevent them?

I mentioned Noopept because the same thing happened to me on noopept after using it for approximately two weeks to three weeks I felt that depression side effect and very high irritability everything pissed me off so much more. Noopept is awesome too, it seems to stabilize my sleeping patterns helps me sleep better when I use it and it helps my motivation and memory and it has a strong anxiolytic effect but after a while these shit side effects appear.

What is the best way to use these Nootropics without the side effects appearing? (By the way Noopept mentally its like a supercharged Piracetam and Aniracetam is unique leaning more to Serotonergic type effects and Amphetamine type effects with strong cognitive boosts)
I think they are very promising compounds that students should use as their effects surpass those of Amphetamines and Ritaline.

But the side effects suck!!!!

One more note I also Used Green Tea extract. I have it in a herbal Combination with Guarana and black peppermint the combo contains 100 mg of caffeine with the green tea extract and guarana and black pepper.

I have used it to study too it also increased my concentration and Motivation significantly and my energy levels too Physical and Mental it really made me want to get my stuff done. I think the Green tea extract helped my memory too somewhat as I was recalling a bit more. This combination felt a bit more jittery whilst Aniracetam feels cleaner smoother. Nonetheless I like this herbal combination it helps a lot with Studying!!!

Anyways can you people clarify two things for me,

The specific effect of Green tea extract on memory motivation, concentration as well as Physically,

And Also can someone explain to me how I can use Aniracetam tommorrow without the side effects should I stick to low dosages throughout the day?

Why do the nootropics have side effects such as these?

According to some quick study searches and checking the Ki database, aniracetam is a D2, nAChR, and 5HT2A agonist. They don't know the function efficiencies or the Inhibitory concentrations (as far as I can tell) - but they confirmed that aniracetam is an agonist at those receptors by using selective inhibiting ligands. Specifically - Haloperidol (an antipsychotic, and a very heavy neuroleptic) antagonized all of the anxiolytic effects of aniracetam.

But what's even more important about this (in my opinion) is the fact that aniracetam is a positive allosteric modulator of AMPA receptors. AMPA receptors largely potentiate action-potentials in dopaminergic neurons by blocking (well actually letting calcium out) of Dopaminergic neurons. This allows more Na+ to enter the cell and therefore increase synaptic plasticity.

This would likely lead to massive spikes in Dopamine. Coupled with it's receptor agonism (and the fact that ganglionic nAChR are directly link to dopaminergic neurons via gherlin) this could very well lead to nootropic and I would even go as far as saying that it's a mild stimulant. I'd love to try some aniracetam with Adderall or Ritalin. That would greatly increase both Dopaminergic and Noradrenergic activity.
