Feeling a bit fooked... barley any sleep over 2 nights... ideally i wanna go sleep in the sun today but cant get to sleep... bollocks... strangely feeling quite sharp and good compared to how i'd normally feel... i dont recall minor sleep dep ever feeling like that... clonaz down and another attempt at sleeping in the sun... if that doesnt work then fuck it i'll wait until tonight... i shoulda blagged a lift to the beach earlier anyway... missed the oppertinuty... could drive but not risking that

I know I've faults and I'm trying my best to work on them. we, none of us are perfect. I was upset yesterday because I couldn't do something right and it made me feel inadequate and stupid so I lashed out. I'm very independent, not being able to do something makes me feel a failure. Sorry I can't really explain what I'm trying to say, it's something I've got to work on n probably a reason I wasn't liked in my last job.

I appreciate the life bit, bored with the drama bit. But that's my opinion today and I'm superflaky so who knows if I'll care tomorrow.

It's too warm to go outside, must be close or over to 30 degrees. I don't even have a fridge in my halls room I put my beer in the bathroom sink and I'm running cold water on the cans, they're still warm though
 
Does anyone else have their ISP keep taking them to a page saying "reset your password?" It's really annoying I've had it do it for months and I don't know how to get rid of it. It's ok on my iPhone or iPad because I just click "Back," but on the laptop I have to re-type Bluelight.org in again and go back to the post. It's really annoying so if anyone has had this issue and can help me get rid of it without having to resort to phoning I'd be grateful.

What a waste of water. Take a towel, wet it with cold water and wrap can with said towel. put it in the sun, it will be pretty cold in an hour or so.

A bigger waste is to spray a c02 fire extinguisher over the cans for 30 seconds or so.
 
The sink is closed so really I only filled it with cold water and ran some fresh water on them until it was filled, hardly that much of a waste.

Anyway I ended up drinking my three cans at room temperature.

What do you guys not shower or brush your teeth?
