How Often Do You Train Your Abs ??

I am on a mission to get a proper 6 pack and I'm not sure whether to wait until the muscles have fully recovered to train them again like any other muscle grup

You hear guys that talk about working their abs everyday

I reckon I should train em when they're not sore anymore just like I would my biceps

Any thoughts ?

Guys that talk about working their abs everyday don't know a fucking thing about bodybuilding. Abdominals are made in the kitchen with proper diet, not with hormones and not with training.
 
Six packs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.


I can't tell you how many ultra skinny guys who have never stepped into a gym in their lifetime have well defined abs. Abs are directly related to your bf%. Nothing more to it.
 
The extent of my abdominal workouts goes as far as tricep pushdown and lat pushdown on the cables LOL
 
I do ab work maybe twice a week for active recovery between lifts sometimes. I hate just resting I usually work another muscle group.
 
I neglected my abs and cardio for a long time, forgot about boxing and just got wasted with D-Bol and water

Now I'm nice and slim, any muscle I have is LBM :)

I trained my abs to failure on Saturday and this is Tuesday and I'm recovered fully so I'll prob get away with 2x per week

Starting Tren Ace tomorrow for the 1st time,
Gna run 50mg ED with 50mg Var ED , I have 26x 50mg Vars left

This is my 3rd week of injecting 3 Deca amps of 250mg per week,
I have 2 amps left 1 tomorrow and last 1 friday
so just as the Deca peaks the tren comes in,

I'm confident the next 4 weeks will show some results

If all is good with Tren it's gna be Tren A and NPP from now on as I love NPP, no doubt I'll get talked into Masteron as well lol
 
I should have mentioned that my Diet is strict now,

It's basically low/zero carb and high protein and mediocre calories

I only get carbs from Fruit, fruit smoothies and veg

I eat meals of chicken breast, topped with veg, with just natural spices as flavouring,
I put the spices into the pot with the veg boiling and also rub it into the fresh chicken breasts before I cook them in the oven
The water from the veg makes it nice a tender

Everything I put into my body is natural , it either grows out the ground, off a plant, or out of an animal

Although I do need to get some Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Protein or the newer Hydro Whey,
it's been voted the best protein powder out there, and their super amino products look good as well,

I used to drink at least 30 protein shakes per day packed with creatine, now I am on NO supps whatsoever except from Multivits
I decided to put more attention into real food and stay away from creatine because it blows you up just as much as DBol if you take enough

And l'm going for the lean n mean look this time, it is definitely possible to have ripped abs but still a nice chunky upper body :)
