Muhammed Ali vs A Chimpanzee

me and my brother were debating today who would win in a fight, muhammed ali at his peak or an average strength chimpanzee. He thought Muhammed Ali would take it out in one punch, I think the chimp would tear him to pieces with ease.

What does EADD think?
 
you sure man? Have you ever seen any pictures of Chimpanzee attacks on humans? They're seriously grim. Missing hands, ears, noses, faces absolutely smashed too fuck.
 
Depends what they are fighting over. If it is the human race vs chimpanzees in an honour fight for which race will rule the planet, my money is on Ali. If it's over a banana then the chimp will reign supreme.

Yeah but the average human has no fight skills.

The chimp would come sailing in guard down and walk straight on to a carefully placed strike. Out cold.

The animal would have a much higher tolerance to pain than we do. On the other hand ali could dodge and use his intelligence to get the animal in a bad spot. It would be a long fight but Ali would wear it out in the end, no doubt.

Ok it's an orangutan but still.

A chimp would not be ducking and dodging.. it would be going all out.. and there is nothing a man could do about it.

yeah Ali's only chance would be first punch or so, MMA people would be better but once the chimp get going none of us would stand a chance
