Advice for a speedy recovery?

Friend went to her first music festival and took about 4 points of Molly/day, plus ecstasy and acid
pretty sure she's just suffering from a heavy comedown but any ideas on vitamins or something to speed the recovery?
She said she's really dizzy and has a really tingly sensation in her hands every now and then, can't sleep through the night, no focus at all
it's only been 4 days now
 
You should preload and postload. I have no scientific proof it works but it works for people I know:

1 Week Preload:
CoQ 10
R-ALA
Emergen-C Packets
Green Coffee Bean Antioxidants
1 dose multivitamin
+General healthy lifestyle

Day of dropping:
1 Magnesium pill (1/2 hour before)
2 Emergen-c Packets spread throughout the day
Coq 10
R-ALA
Green Coffee Bean
1 Pepto Bismol (People I know get nauseous so this helps them) can substitute for Tums/ Rolaid
1 Dose of multivitamin
1 Bottle of water an hour / Gatorade
1 serving of L-glutamine - post raving. Your limbs will thank you for it. Trust.
Smoke a cigarette if your feeling anxious etc...

Post load:
r-ala
coq10
emergen c
5htp (read about it before you take it and dont take it until atleast 12 hours after or there are unnecessary risks
1 dose multi vitamin
+ Melatonin pill if you cant sleep.
+3-6 month abstinence from MDMA


Basically the coq 10, r-ala, green coffee bean: fights antioxidants form mdma = bad for the brain
the vitamins give you your nutrition (you likely wont be eating)
the 5htp replenishes your serotonin (it is a precursor to it)
Magnesium is for jaw clenching
People take glutamine after hard work outs as it helps your muscles heal faster.
Emergen-C makes people feel less shitty and is loaded with antioxidants.
Melatonin is a decently strong sleeping pill

And make sure to start eating healthy and exercising for atleast the week after.

Hopefully if you follow this next time you will be much better. This is just what ive found after searching the interweb.

For her case now Id recommend a 5htp, a long bath, some light food and sleep. Keep in mind the vitamins etc are preventative measures. Not exactly meant for after the fact.
 
Giving them a recipe for recovery just gives people an excuse to do more drugs.

Sleep, eat, repeat. Never do ecstasy or acid again.

LSD is far less harmful than MDMA
