Anyone know how to deal with anxiety, panic etc without drugs

I often drive and find myself at my destination with no recollection of the journey - on auto pilot.

If you look two posts up from yours you'll see the words "I'm having a laugh". OK, fair enough, the joke gets ruined when explained for the second or third time. Carry on. Just 'mind' that car in front. Oh, you have no car in front. You live in the middle of nowhere. Where auto pilot works.

Cool your boots man, I'm having a laugh. At people from Stoke Newington who pay such sums. To be told how to pay attention. And they do.

Oh christ don't remind me, my aunty is currently posting photos of my <1 year old cousin at 'sensory baby therapy' or some bollox. I always imagined it'd be a bit like tripping and they'd have lights and stuff to play with but they're all dressed up like fucking pantomime dames/kitchen sink drama mothers and waving feather dusters. God knows what child's gonna end up like.

And the worst thing is, I'll be 47 by the time she's 20ish, and far too old to lead her astray like the rest of the family. Hopefully some of my younger cousins will make an effort to stop her turning into above mentioned yoghurt weaver.

Haha. It was me on auto pilot after a long day turning into our car park as per usual even though another car was slightly blocking the entrance

It came off worse.

All cars I drive at one point have a rear passenger side dent. I like it when I get the paint work scoring looking artistic :D

I'm much better (so far) on the long distance at 70mph car autopilot 8( Mindful indeed = it could be a life saver!
