I've recently acquired 500mg of 90-95% pure diacetylmorphine..
I am a long time IV heroin user, however; for the sake of harm reduction and staying alive - I snorted 2 10mg lines 30 mins ago and am now writing this with one eye open.
I have never encountered heroin this strong, and am terrified to IV it in its' current form.
It IS not cut with fentanyl or any other analogues of the fentanyl family.
It is #4 SE asian heroin.
My question is - what procedures should I use to cut this heroin into a strength safe to inject??
How much cut should I use and how would I go about testing the shot without dying.
I've never had this issue before in my life.
Someone please help me...

I've never attempted anything like this, but dissolving into an injection safe fluid sounds like your best bet. you would need to measure exactly 500mg of the h. then measure out exactly 100ml of liquid. these measurements would need to be very accurate and can be changed to make it more concentrated or diluted. then make sure to fully dissolve the h into the liquid. theoretically if you had pure h you should have a 5mg of diamorphine/ ml solution.

this is just my basic understanding and may not be completely accurate. i am not a medical professional and this has the potentional to be very dangerous. I don't think you should attempt this without hearing from a professional.

As the OP probably knows dissolving all of your H in water to make a solution it'll convert to morphine. Just get a milligram scale and don't eyeball that shit. A 10mg shot eyeballed could.be a 30mg shot and it could be a disaster.

Shit isn't safe, so you need to be safe..just do small shots. Like really small shots. You might not get the rush you want from a damn near OD shot of normal dope but the difference is the potential of ODing considering the quality so...guess what, you shouldn't risk it. Do small shots, preserve your shit, and don't die trying to push it to extremes. Everyone is already envious of your shit, don't make us be the winners by not even being able to use it.

dude dont cut it with anything, people would kill to have what you have..... just shoot a very small amount at a time and make sure you have someone watching you, maybe go to a clinic and pick up some nax just incase, enjoy!

Unsure. Just can't let heroin sit in water or, in due time (not long at all, probably a day) it'll all be converted.

And getting some nax would probably be an equally good idea, having a friend with you (you'd probably have to give him some of the H to keep someone sitting with you day and night) so if either of you fall out the other can intervene.

If you're nodding from 20mg pure-ish heroin, snorted up(I envy your low tolerance) , I think it would be playing with fire to IV it. There are differing opinions as to the safest way to take heroin...some people say that IV is safer than snorting, but I'm not certain that it is. If you OD with IV H you just fall out, simple as..

Dosages for an opiate naive person in a medical setting is max 15 mg morphine sulfate, as a safety limit. Heroin is at least twice as strong, tho...

Analgesic and recreational doses would be different im assuming. Although that was according to erowid. My final suggestion was 5-7.5mg's. Anyway im sure the OP like me will figure it out. Scale or no scale :D

I wish I had read this before doing what I did; luckily I had called an using buddy to babysit.
I nearly OD'd off an eyeballed shot(Thank god for crystal meth). However, after some practice- I found the safest dosage for me, which went from 7mg to 10mg to 15mg and I am now comfortably sitting at 25-30mg per shot. I will no longer purchase dope off of the streets again, simply because of the quality, safety and availability of this product.
I've never had a half gram last as long as this stuff has.

& Nicholai, I actually don't have a very low tolerance at all; this dope has made me question the true purity of street dope. It has lead me to believe regardless of purity, potency may be of an entirely different matter. However, I may be wrong about that.
