Gibberings CLXV - Reported for being racist against drugged up clowns

been drinking for a week now, I swear I must have spent a hundred pounds just on bottles of wine this week. But when I don't drink, I get crippling anxiety, I sweat, the mere thought of going outside makes me break out in shivers. I need to ease myself off. I might try and use cannabis to do this, it's easier on the body than booze and seems to ease anxiety without having too much rebound anxiety/ insomnia.

Yeah don't take it personally! Maybe have a look in the recovery support section, you might find some stuff in there that's useful for you, lots of good stuff there.:)

JD is bad indeed, only tolerable with coca cola and lots of ice. 28 year old Glengoyne is definitely the best whisky I've ever had. Fucking expensive though. On a somewhat lower price level I like Glenfiddich a lot. Still much more of a dark rum fan though

I'm a big fan of bourbon, but don't like whisky otherwise....and I've drunk the good stuff at the royal malt whisky society bar in Edinburgh. Still not for me.

Dunno what it is with me lately but I'm well hyped n speeded... I talk loud n non-stop, I sing really loud n dance around the room. Feel right stimulated n I aint even took nothing. Must be hooked up on life!!!!

Back later having family meal n wow this dinner is AMAZING! My mams given me left overs for me to make a ponch-mike tomorrow with sausage n cheese nom nom nom nom!!!!

Evey xxxx

I'm far from being a connoisseur of spirits, the main gauge for me is if its drinkable or not. Ive tried the expensive single malt whiskies a few times, but didnt especially like the taste, but the effects were quite benzoesque, which is a good thing as far as Im concerned.

I've never thought of myself as having a problem with booze either, but realistically if I look back at my drinking over the last few years, and especially the period about four months ago, I need to be very mindul at the moment. This is mainly due to being on a diazepam reduction and making sure I'm not just replacing the diazepam with booze, but there was a period at the end of last year/beginning of this year where I was drinking in an alcoholic fashion (on top of everything else).:X
